text-align: left;">当地时间11月18日，2024江苏—南非职业院校校长联盟年会暨“留学江苏”教育展在南非比勒陀利亚举行。省教育厅副厅长杨树兵、中国驻南非大使馆教育参赞李旭东、南非高等教育与培训部副总司长萨贝洛·布特莱兹出席活动并致辞。江苏11所高校举行现场宣介活动，南非20所高校400余名师生参加活动。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">杨树兵指出，江苏高度重视与南非的教育交流与合作，硕果累累。过去三年，江苏共招收和培养南非留学生896人。他对联盟建设提出了三点期待，一是联盟高校要持续推进务实合作，二是联盟要持续提高合作交流质效，三是联盟要打造成中国与南非教育交流典范项目。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">李旭东表示，中国教育资源和技术经验能够帮助南非更好地实现经济转型，而南非丰富的劳动力资源为中国企业“走出去”提供了重要支持。江苏—南非职业院校校长联盟是促进双方互利共赢的重要平台，希望通过这一平台，双方进一步携手，以职业教育为桥梁，促进人文交流与民心相通。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">萨贝洛·布特莱兹表示，江苏与南非的合作在为南非年轻人提供技能培训、创造就业机会和改善生活水平方面发挥了重要作用。南非政府将继续支持双方职业院校深度合作，为未来非洲发展注入不竭动力。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
