text-align: center;"> 图2 增压富氧燃烧与常压富氧燃烧对比</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"> (a) 净输出功率; (b) 各过程对净输出效率的影响</p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> <strong>主要研究内容</strong></p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> <strong>1、典型增压富氧燃烧系统</strong></p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> 在增压富氧燃烧系统中，水煤浆因其在高压条件下易于泵送而被广泛用作燃料。图3(a)展示了一个使用水煤浆作为燃料的增压富氧燃烧系统，其中加压条件有利于烟气中蒸汽潜热的有效回收。图3(b)介绍了一种无焰燃烧的POC系统，该系统通过精细调控燃烧条件和气流动力学，实现燃料与氧化剂的充分预混和均匀燃烧，从而避免明显的火焰锋面的产生。图3(c)则描述了分级增压富氧燃烧系统，该系统采用多级燃烧室技术，在不同阶段实施不同程度的富氧燃烧，以确保燃料的充分燃烧，提高燃烧效率并减少污染物的排放。本文对典型增压富氧燃烧系统按照功率规模，燃料种类，系统构型以及研究方法进行分类，并对其特点进行总结和讨论。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"> <img src="/upload/paper/images/2024/5/20245241343359180.jpg" style="text-align: -webkit-center;" /></p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"> 图3 (a)水煤浆增压富氧燃烧系统；(b)无焰富氧燃烧系统；(c)分级增压富氧燃烧技术</p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> <strong>2、辐射传热特性</strong></p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> 在增压富氧燃烧炉中，由于炉内温度极高，辐射换热成为主要的换热方式。燃料燃烧过程中生成的H<sub>2</sub>O和CO<sub>2</sub>等三原子气体，以及在使用固体燃料时产生的碳烟和飞灰等颗粒，通过吸收、发射和散射机制参与热辐射的传递过程，从而显著改变了系统的换热特性。图4展示了气体辐射模型的分类。在这些模型中，逐线模型（LBL）和谱带模型（SNB）的计算量较大，不适合应用于大规模的工业环境和计算流体动力学（CFD）模拟。针对此问题，许多学者对灰气体加权模型（WSGG）进行了发展和改进，以适应不同的工况条件。本文对近年来发展的典型增压富氧燃烧气体辐射模型代表性的研究成果进行了总结和讨论。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"> <img src="/upload/paper/images/2024/5/2024524134476380.jpg" style="text-align: -webkit-center;" /></p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"> 图4 气体热辐射模型分类</p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> 颗粒在炉内辐射传热中扮演着关键角色。存在颗粒时，它们会抑制气体的辐射效应。颗粒的辐射特性受其组成、密度、温度、浓度及大小分布等多种因素影响。对单个颗粒而言，Mie理论提供了描述其辐射特性的最准确方法。燃烧产生的颗粒介质分散在气体介质中，在研究气体-颗粒混合物的辐射特性时，可以将颗粒视为与气体类似的参与介质，基于Mie理论和复折射率等光学参数，通过发射系数和吸收系数来表征粒子对辐射的影响。这种方法分别计算粒子和气体的辐射，比较简单。另一种方法是构建考虑气体与粒子间相互作用的耦合模型，这种多组分辐射传递模型能够更准确地描述复杂的辐射现象。本文对近年来的颗粒耦合辐射的研究进行了总结和讨论。</p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> <strong>3、燃烧反应特性</strong></p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> 固体燃料如煤和生物质，主要用于大型发电站。在增压富氧燃烧条件下，这些燃料的燃烧会引发一系列复杂的化学反应。本文重点讨论了固体燃料在增压富氧环境下的燃烧化学反应特性。特别是煤粉的燃烧在增压富氧条件下表现出与常压富氧燃烧和空气燃烧明显不同的特点，包括着火特性、燃烧速率、燃尽特性以及污染物生成特性等。这些差异对于优化发电站的设计和运行具有重要的实际意义，本文对近年来增压富氧燃烧反应特性及污染物排放特性进行了总结和讨论。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"> <img src="/upload/paper/images/2024/5/20245241353261990.jpg" /></p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"> 图5 压力对煤粉着火特性的影响</p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> <strong>总结</strong></p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> 增压富氧燃烧技术可提高系统效率和减少污染物排放，推动CO<sub>2</sub>控制技术的产业化进程。未来热科学研究可考虑以下几点：</p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> (1)在燃烧特性方面，针对不同种固体燃料研发准确高效的增压富氧燃烧模型，推进增压富氧燃烧CFD模拟研究，促进工程应用与开发。面向碳中和的背景，生物质燃料以及煤-生物质掺混燃烧特性需要加强。</p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> (2)开发适宜于增压富氧燃烧烟气工程计算的灰气体加权模型具有重要意义，在此基础上开发兼具计算效率及精度的颗粒辐射模型以及能够耦合气体和固体辐射特性的模型是进一步研究重点。此外，开展必要的增压富氧条件下烟气对流换热实验，从而完善燃烧锅炉的辐射及对流换热的计算方法。</p> <p style="text-indent:2em"> (3) 污染物方面，颗粒物及痕量金属特性较为广泛的实验研究，应加深这一方面的研究。此外，目前关于增压富氧燃烧系统的污染物脱除及协同脱除技术的研究较少。(4)热力系统方面，由于富氧燃烧系统能耗相对较大，可以研发直接燃煤或者生物质的增压富氧燃烧锅炉及循环系统，并积极与相应技术耦合以提升能量转化效率，例如耦合太阳能驱动整体煤/生物质气化的增压富氧燃烧系统。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; The oxy-fuel combustion causes high CO<sub>2</sub> concentration, which has a series of effects on the combustion reaction process, making the radiation and reaction characteristics different from air-fuel conditions. Under the pressurized oxy-fuel condition, the combustion reaction characteristics are affected by the coupling effect of pressure and atmosphere. The radiation and heat transfer characteristics of the combustion medium are also affected by pressure. In recent years, there have been many studies on POC. This review pays attention to the thermal-science fundamental research. It summarizes several typical POC systems in the world from the perspective of system thermodynamic construction. Moreover, it reviews, in detail, the current research results of POC in terms of heat transfer characteristics (radiant heat transfer and convective heat transfer), combustion characteristics, and pollutant emissions, among which the radiation heat transfer and thermal radiation model are the focus of this paper. Furthermore, it discusses the development and research direction of POC technology.
