Designed by NY Building Associates Inc. and developed by Developing NY State, the structures yield 193 residences. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove and heat.</p><p>At 80 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $1,757 for incomes ranging from $63,155 to $99,440; 26 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,875 for incomes ranging from $67,612 to $111,840; and eight two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,232 for incomes ranging from $80,915 to $134,160.</p><p>At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a monthly rent of $3,105 for incomes ranging from $106,458 to $161,590; 13 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,317 for incomes ranging from $113,726 to $181,740; and 34 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,963 for incomes ranging from $135,875 to $218,010.</p><p>Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments.
