习近平总书记在省部级主要领导干部学习贯彻十八届六中全会精神专题研讨班开班式上的重要讲话中，提出了“必须旗帜鲜明讲政治”的重要思想。他指出，讲政治，是我们党补钙壮骨、强身健体的根本保证，是我们党培养自我革命勇气、增强自我净化能力、提高排毒杀菌政治免疫力的根本途径。习近平总书记的重要讲话以及其他一系列相互联系、相互贯通的基本观点，系统而深刻地回答了马克思主义执政党为什么要讲政治、讲什么样的政治、怎样讲政治等重大理论和实践问题，把我们党对讲政治的认识提升到新的高度、新的境界。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 在历史新起点上，继承和发扬我们党讲政治的优良传统。讲政治是马克思主义政党的根本要求，是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分。马克思恩格斯不仅创立了马克思主义学说，而且公开宣示了共产党人的政治纲领和政治主张。讲政治是中国共产党人的一贯传统和政治优势，是中国共产党人发展壮大的内生动力。回顾我们党的历史，从古田会议毛泽东同志提出党内生活政治化、科学化的要求，到延安整风时期建立党内政治生活的制度基础；从新中国成立之后毛泽东同志提出“政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线”“没有正确的政治观点，就等于没有灵魂”，到改革开放新时期邓小平同志提出“改革，现代化科学技术，加上我们讲政治，威力就大多了，到什么时候都得讲政治”，一系列论断、要求和实践表现出我们党在马克思主义政党建设上的高度政治自觉。党的十八大以来，习近平总书记站在推进具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争、党的建设新的伟大工程、中国特色社会主义伟大事业的全局高度，提出“必须旗帜鲜明讲政治”的要求，进一步继承和发扬了我们党讲政治的优良传统，具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 在准确把握“四个意识”和党内政治生活“四个性”的辩证关系中，突出讲政治的重要意义。中国共产党是马克思主义的执政党，坚持党的领导，必须牢固树立政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识。“四个意识”是有机整体，是新形势下我们党旗帜鲜明讲政治的集中体现。只有做到从政治高度看问题、谋全局、办事情，只有自觉在思想上政治上行动上同党中央保持高度一致，才能真正做到服从大局、围绕核心、自觉看齐。新形势下加强和规范党内政治生活，要着力增强党内政治生活的政治性、时代性、原则性、战斗性。增强党内政治生活的政治性，就是党内政治生活要把握坚定正确的政治方向，引导党员、干部自觉维护党中央权威、维护党的团结和集中统一。习近平总书记指出：“什么时候全党讲政治、党内政治生活正常健康，我们党就风清气正、团结统一，充满生机活力，党的事业就蓬勃发展；反之，就弊病丛生、人心涣散、丧失斗志，各种错误思想得不到及时纠正，给党的事业造成严重损失。”由此可见，讲政治对于保持和增强我们党凝聚力、战斗力的重要意义。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 一系列相互联系、相互贯通的基本观点，丰富和发展了讲政治的深刻内涵。党的十八大以来，习近平总书记高度重视党的政治建设，形成了一系列相互联系、相互贯通的基本观点，进一步丰富和发展了马克思主义的执政党建设理论。在政治方向上，要求党的干部“坚定共产主义远大理想、真诚信仰马克思主义、矢志不渝为中国特色社会主义而奋斗”。在政治立场上，鲜明地指出“人民立场是我们党的根本政治立场”。在政治觉悟上，号召全党“坚持共产党人价值观，不断坚定和提高政治觉悟”。在党内政治生活上，强调“党要管党，首先要从党内政治生活管起；从严治党，首先要从党内政治生活严起”。在政治纪律上，多次要求“严明党的纪律，首要的就是严明政治纪律”。在政治勇气上，强调“勇于自我革命，是我们党最鲜明的品格，也是我们党最大的优势”。在政治责任上，指出“各级党组织要担负起全面从严治党主体责任”。这些基本观点，相互联系、相互贯通，形成了一个有机整体，丰富和发展了讲政治的深刻内涵，具有鲜明的时代性和极强的针对性。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 党员领导干部要自觉把讲政治贯穿于党性锻炼全过程，不断提高自身政治能力。全面贯彻落实习近平总书记治国理政新理念新思想新战略，对党员领导干部个人能力提出了新的更高的要求。在各种能力中，政治能力极为重要。党员领导干部要自觉把讲政治贯穿于党性锻炼全过程。要坚定政治信念，把共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想作为宏伟奋斗目标、根本价值追求和强大精神动力。要提高政治站位，增强政治自觉，善于从政治上分析形势、观察问题、把握全局、谋划长远，始终做政治上的明白人。要涵养政治文化，自觉弘扬忠诚老实、光明坦荡、公道正派、实事求是、艰苦奋斗、清正廉洁的共产党人价值观，自觉抵制关系学、厚黑学、官场术、潜规则等庸俗腐朽的官场文化。要提升政治境界，“大事难事看担当，逆境顺境看襟度，临怒临喜看涵养，群行群止看识见”。要加强政治历练，在实践中砥砺品格、锻炼意志、积累经验，不断提高管党治党、把握方向的能力，抓好班子、带好队伍的能力，凝心聚力、引领发展的能力，攻坚克难、开拓创新的能力，防范风险、驾驭全局的能力，人民至上、造福百姓的能力，努力使自己的政治能力与所担任的领导职责相匹配。</p>
