</header> <div class="wysiwyg"> <p><span style="font-weight: 400">UK-based global charity parkrun this week announced three new trustees joining their Global Board, effective immediately.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400">The current board, chaired by Helen Weir since January 2025, comprises seven trustees, with a wealth of leadership experience among them across tech, safeguarding, finance, volunteering and digital.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400">Joining them, and taking the parkrun Global Board to a membership of ten, are:</span></p> <p><strong>Tamara Rajah MBE</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400">Tamara is currently CEO of Wellness Solutions and Chief Transformation Officer at Holland & Barrett, Europe’s largest health and wellness retailer. There, she is driving a bold vision to add quality years to life through making wellness a way of life for everyone, leading the strategy and science behind the company’s end-to-end transformation, and spearheading H&B&Me, a personal digital wellness app that helps people build healthy habits in nutrition, sleep, fitness and emotional wellbeing. Tamara is an experienced Non Executive Director and is also currently on the Board of Nationwide, the world's largest building society. Previously, she founded Live Better With, improving life for millions of people with chronic conditions, and was a Healthcare Partner at McKinsey. She received an MBE for services to Technology and Entrepreneurship in 2020 and has been featured in multiple top industry lists.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400">Tamara has been alongside her son as he completed over 35 junior parkruns.</span></p> <p><strong>Aster Crawshaw</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400">Aster is a corporate lawyer and the Senior Partner of international law firm, Addleshaw Goddard LLP. After a lifetime avoiding exercise, he was introduced to parkrun by one of his daughters. He caught the bug and has now participated in over 100 parkruns. He recently embarked on his parkrun volunteering journey, and is now equally passionate about that. Aster was previously a trustee of two other charities, CreateStreets and Roots & Shoots, a governor of a primary school in south London and a police Special Constable.</span></p> <p><strong>Jonathan Pearson-Stuttard</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400">Jonathan (Jonny) is Head of Health Analytics at Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP). A public health physician and epidemiologist, he is Chair of the Royal Society for Public Health, Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College London, and former Chair of the Health Inequalities Programme Board at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. He was Editor-in-Chief of the Chief Medical Officer's 2018 Report 'Health 2040 - Better Health Within Reach' which recommended the development of a composite Health Index, and co-authored the book 'Whose health is it, anyway?' with Dame Sally Davies, which repositions health as the greatest untapped opportunity for prosperity, happiness and fairness in the 21st century. </span></p> </div>
