One way to keep elderflower in drinkable form through the year. I make elderflower “champagne” each year, but elderflower cordial does not keep long enough. I really love rhubarb and elderflower, strawberry and elderflower, gooseberry and elderflower, but non of them are in season when the elderflowers are just right. So frustrating!
