And they were exceeding sorry.</p> <p class="hdg">The Temple Tax</p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/matthew/17-24.htm"><b>24</b></a></span>And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received the half-shekel came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay the half-shekel? <span class="reftext"><a href="/matthew/17-25.htm"><b>25</b></a></span>He saith, Yea.
