نجی اسکولز ہفتے میں 3 روز بند رہیں گے۔</p> <p>نوٹی فکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے حکم کی روشنی میں اسموگ کی موجودہ صورتحال کے سبب ضلع لاہور کے تمام سرکاری و نجی اسکولز مزید احکامات جاری ہونے تک اتوار کو ہفتہ وار تعطیل کے علاوہ ہر جمعے اور ہفتے کو بھی بند رہیں گے۔</p> <p>دریں اثنا لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے حکم کی روشنی میں ڈائریکٹوریٹ جنرل صوبائی ڈیزاسٹر مینجمنٹ اتھارٹی پنجاب نے لاہور کے نجی لاہور کی حدود میں کام کرنے والے تمام نجی ادارے اور ان کے سب آفسز جمعے اور ہفتے کو بھی بند رہیں گے۔</p> <p>ریلیف کمشنر پنجاب زاہد اختر زمان کے مطابق نجی کمپنیوں کے دفاتر بند کرنے کا فیصلہ پنجاب نیشنل کلائمیٹ (پروینیشن اینڈ ریلیف) ایکٹ 1958 کے سیکشن 4 کے سب سکیشن 2 ایچ کے تحت کیا گیا ہے، اس حوالے سے جاری کردہ نوٹی فکیشن 7 دسمبر سے 15 جنوری تک نافذالعمل رہے گا۔</p> <p>خیال رہے کہ لاہور ہائی کورٹ نے گزشتہ روز صوبائی حکومت کو ہدایت دی تھی کہ لاہور میں ہفتے میں کم از کم 3 روز اسکولز بند رکھنے کا نوٹی فکیشن جاری کیا جائے۔</p> <p>لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے جسٹس شاہد کریم نے یہ حکم ماحولیات سے متعلق متعدد امور پر مفاد عامہ کی درخواستوں کی سماعت کرتے ہوئے جاری کیا تھا۔</p> <p>جسٹس شاہد کریم نے صوبائی لا افسر کو بدھ (آج) کو اسکولوں کی بندش کا نوٹی فکیشن عدالت میں جمع کرانے کی ہدایت کی تھی۔</p> <p>عدالتی احکامات کی تعمیل میں پنجاب کے اسکول ایجوکیشن ڈپارٹمنٹ نے گزشتہ شب ایک نوٹی فکیشن جاری کیا جس کی کاپی آج لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے بینچ میں بھی جمع کرائی گئی ہے۔</p> <p>وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب چوہدری پرویز الہٰی نے اسموگ کو ’آفت‘ قرار دیا تھا اور صوبے میں اسموگ کو کم کرنے کے لیے بنائے گئے پلان پر مؤثر عملدرآمد کا حکم دیتے ہوئے اس کی وجہ بننے والے عوامل پر قابو پانے کے لیے کارروائی کی ہدایت کی تھی۔</p> <p> پر عمل درآمد میں کسی بھی سطح پر ناکامی کو برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا۔</p> <p>ان کا کہنا تھا کہ فصلوں کی باقیات کو آگ لگانے والوں کے خلاف بلاتفریق کارروائی کی جانی چاہیے، یہ عمل صوبے بھر میں ممنوع ہے۔</p> <p>گزشتہ ہفتے جسٹس شاہد کریم نے مشاہدہ کیا تھا کہ حکومت اسموگ پر قابو پانے میں ناکام رہی ہے، انہوں نے انوائرمنٹ پروٹیکشن ایجنسی کو قوانین اور پالیسیوں کی خلاف ورزی کرنے پر اینٹوں کے بھٹوں اور صنعتوں
