Prospective students undergo a thorough and holistic admissions process that considers various factors, including academic records, standardized test scores, extracurricular involvement, character, and potential to contribute positively to the school community. The application process involves submitting an application form, academic transcripts, standardized test scores (such as the HSPT) and letters of recommendation. Aspiring students are encouraged to showcase their achievements, aspirations, and unique qualities throughout the application process. Included in that email will be the student’s admissions ticket and details pertaining to dress code, pickup/dropoff times/locations, room assignments, etc.</p> <p>Shortly after your student takes the HSPT, parents will receive an email with a link to upload supporting documents (7<sup>th</sup>/8<sup>th</sup> grade transcripts and standardized test scores). <u>Do</u> <u>not</u> email these documents prior to receiving our email request. All emailed documents will be discarded.  Some Catholic feeder schools will provide STA with these requested documents via a principal’s recommendation form, however, it is the responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s) to ensure these documents are received by the indicated deadline.  Please discuss this matter with your school.</p> <p>After registering for the HSPT, you can request educational accommodations on the HSPT for your student by emailing a copy of your student’s IEP, ILP, PSSP, 504, private evaluation, medical documentation, or other accommodations plan to Natali Acevedo (<a href="mailto:natali.acevedo@aquinas-sta.org" target="_blank">natali.acevedo@aquinas-sta.<wbr />org</a>).
