Discover Drupal aims to uplift marginalized folks and close the talent gap by providing the necessary resources, skills, and connections for our students to be successful. </p> <p>This initiative provides Drupal training scholarships, mentorship, and hands-on experience to folks who are interested in pursuing a career in Drupal and are from historically oppressed communities. Students that complete the program will be ready for an internship or early-career level position. Our 2021-2022 cohort graduated 4 students, and our 2022-2023 cohort graduated 6 students. </p> <p>We are thrilled to continue empowering marginalized people in technology through Drupal. We will be taking 2023-2024 as a strategic visioning year, and we need your support.
