Internal Innovation Competition (2022)</span></b><br /> <span data-contrast="auto">The collaboration between ERGO Hellas and Found.ation began with the </span><b><span data-contrast="auto">Internal Innovation Competition</span></b><span data-contrast="auto">, designed to engage employees across all departments and encourage them to contribute to the company’s innovation agenda. The competition was structured in five phases, allowing cross-functional teams to develop innovative ideas that addressed key challenges faced by the organization. These ideas were evaluated, and selected teams received mentorship and support to refine their proposals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The competition culminated in a “Demo Day,” where the best ideas were showcased, fostering a sense of accomplishment and involvement among participants. The participants came from diverse backgrounds—varying in age, expertise, and departmental roles—which fostered a cross-functional mindset and nurtured horizontal collaboration.
