<p>首先是由上海钢联电子商务股份有限公司、金属产业研究中心总经理魏迎松作题为《过去40余年中国经济发展回顾与工业企业分析展望》的主题演讲。首先他提出中国经济崛起之路，改革开放以来经济发展逐步解决吃、穿、用、住、行问题，加速的城镇化和工业化助力中国大宗商品占据全球半壁江山；其次他指出中国经济崛起之路，内外循环制造创收，中国已经发展成为拥有全部工业门类的国家，中国在世界产业链中是典型的生产国，中国制造业增加值占世界比重约30%，2023中国商品出口总额世界第一，发电、用电量世界第一，成为全球工厂，参与全球分工：从加工贸易创收到成为世界工厂，出口产品从<a href='https://m.myagric.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>农产品</a>到工业品；其次指出当下中国工业企业面临的困难，全球都在透支需求，中国也不例外，并提出问题为什么全球经济增长乏力？为什么中国经济也遇到困难？原因是中国经济工业依赖度高，投资效益递减消费疲软，中国部分工业产品产能过剩严重，近20年中国工业品价格不涨反跌，产销比高的时候，产品价格和利润都受到挤压，我国主要矛盾转变，部分工业品已经步入减量发展阶段；最后总结道中国工业企业未来之路，结构性调整高质量发展，转型的必要性有：全球矿产资源总量制约、出口增量空间有限、当前能耗水平制约可持续发展，提出结构性调整高质量发展。</p> <p>接下来中国钢铁工业协会、市场调研部原料处处长吴勇作题为《2024年中国钢铁行业现状与发展展望》的主题演讲。首先他指出今年建筑业需求指标差于2015年同期，前9月钢筋产量1.45亿吨，同比减少2701.5万吨、降幅15.7%，制造业：需求有增量，更多依赖外部，总体供过于求，要辩证看待库存：不能仅看绝对值，还要看与消费量的比值关系。今年运行价格情况：9月第1周为今年以来价格最低的一周。经历了9月底的快速上涨后，当前各品种价格与年初相比，跌幅均有所收窄，目前震荡整理，亏损加剧和相对分化，今后需求展望：钢铁需求谨慎乐观，建筑业期待探底、制造业不确定性增强，世界钢铁协会下调今明两年全球钢铁需求预测值，中长期需求影响：人均消费量见顶和GDP耗钢强度持续下降。其次对钢铁相关政策进行分析，能耗“双控”（变与不变）、碳交易可能是重塑行业的有效途径；其次说明冶金煤相关情况：我国冶金煤消耗总量（测算值）较前期高位有所回落，单位消耗强度下降态势明显；供给主要以国内为主，进口为辅。最后总结到钢铁需求：并非周期性下降，而是进入发展新阶段，今明两年谨慎乐观，内部需求有望探底企稳，外部不确定性增强。钢铁产能：过剩是全球性问题，目前欧盟产能利用率60%左右，美国略高于70%，减产匹配需求比等待需求增长更务实。</p> href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----030301-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>硅铁</a>，电石炉中兰炭已成为硅铁冶炼主要还原剂，其电单耗在各类铁合金中较高，降低硅铁生产过程中的单位电耗是降低硅铁生产成本的最重要途径，碳质还原剂的使用量是影响硅铁生产的最重要因素之一，国内铁合金厂均十分重视碳质还原剂的质量和使用，炭材的使用是影响电石生产的最重要因素之一。国内电石厂均十分重视炭材的质量，总体对兰炭的要求是：固定碳高，比电阻大，活性大，灰分、水分及挥发分要低。其次以往研究发现兰炭由于其性能差和波动大的特性导致其在高炉喷吹领域应用受到极大的限制，集中表现为：燃烧性能不足和可磨性差，可磨性现存问题为不同地区检测结果差异显著，兰炭颗粒在研磨碗内无法全部研磨破碎，需建立广泛适用精确测量兰炭可磨性指数的标准测定方法，提高优质喷吹兰炭的附加值，真正发挥优质兰炭的作用；其次定制化兰炭生产应用及质量控制策略，原煤的优选、干馏条件的调控方法研究、兰炭的工业化定向制备—原料煤粒度的选取、纯氧法干馏出的兰炭特征——四海工业化示范兰炭、兰炭工业化定向制备的“6稳原则”、高性能兰炭的应用-以硅铁为例；最后展示了其团队成果，该专利采用多分组重复测试的方式对待测样品的电阻率进行检测，由于煤是不良导体，其电阻率较大；而兰炭是由低阶煤经过低温干馏后得到的产品，电阻率较煤已大幅度降低，因此，通过检测电阻率可以有效确定兰炭中是否混入劣质烟煤、无烟煤，推荐兰炭产品的分类使用，建立科学的产品质量体系和标准体系。</p> style='color:#3861ab'>水泥</a>现阶段均已过用材高峰期，多地收尾项目增多，且局部地区雨水持续，降雨期间施工进度放缓，整体需求有所下降。甲醇近期由于企业出货不畅，库存压力进一步增加，为刺激下游采买积极性，企业报价大幅下调，加之内有烯烃装置大量外采等利好加持，导致市场在短暂触底后迅速反弹运行，预计11月份甲醇市场或维持低位震荡的走势，尿素近日国内尿素行情窄幅震荡。近日出口传闻也被否定，短期随着秋季肥市场的收尾，高氮肥生产前期，储备需求逐渐占据主导，在缺乏刚需支撑下，预计国内尿素行情依旧表现为窄幅下行；最后对市场进行预判小幅探涨后回归平稳态势。</p> <p>之后上海钢联电子商务股份有限公司兰炭分析师乔景君作题为《供需关系下兰炭市场运行情况分析》的主题演讲。她首先分析了兰炭市场价格10月兰炭市场受快煤价格回落和需求端压迫加强影响，价格稳定止步下跌开启，2023年1-10兰炭产量约为4249万吨，2024年1-10月兰炭产量4618万吨，同比增9%。2023年11-12月兰炭产量约为1070万吨，11月兰炭产量480万吨。从库存方面来看：市场库存堆积，成交欠佳。10月兰炭原料端价格涨跌互现，陕西市场主流竞拍价格下跌，此下跌行情无法给予兰炭上涨行情，使得<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----050103-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>兰炭价格</a>下滑。10月焦油市场涨跌互现，陕西中温煤焦油市场现货均价3233元/吨，同比降674元/吨，新疆淖毛湖中温煤焦油市场现货均价3020元/吨，同步降519元/吨。陕西市场多数企业亏损在百元以内，新疆市场多数处盈利状态。下游市场硅铁、电石、钢铁企业开工率环比都处上涨态势，进入冬季，电石供需矛盾突出，供需预计均出现增长。硅铁受市场悲观情绪带动，整体呈偏弱震荡走势。从兰炭出口数据来看，出口兰炭品类，仍以焦面和小料为主，预计2024年兰炭出口量或与2023年持平，或减少10-20万吨。最后总结到11月、12月北方进入供暖季，市场兰炭开工也将维持稳定，市场供应充足，但考虑下游产量变化较小，因此兰炭供需格局或将维持略宽松状态，整体价格或整荡偏弱运行，利润压价持续。</p>
