عدالت عظمیٰ میں پیش ہوئے۔</p> <p>دوران سماعت چیف جسٹس نے فیصل واوڈا کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے حکومت سے شکوہ کیا کہ مہمند ڈیم کی گراونڈ بریکنگ تاریخ آپ نے بدل دی، مجھے بتائے بغیر ایسا کیا گیا اور مجھے بتانا <p>فیصل واوڈا نے کہا کہ آپ کو ضرور شرکت کرنا ہوگی۔</p> <p>چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ آئندہ سماعت پر چاروں وزراء آکر بتائیں کہ کیا کرنا ہے، وزیر اعظم کو معلوم ہی نہیں کہ کتنے معاملات پڑے ہوئے ہیں۔</p> <p>جس پر فیصل واوڈا نے کہا کہ آپ کو ڈیم کی افتتاح کے لیے بھی بلائیں گے اور میں بھی آپ سے آنے کی درخواست کروں گا۔</p> <p>دوران سماعت چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ ہم اگر ٹیک اپ نہ کرتے یہ کیس تو رکا ہوا تھا، اللہ برکت ڈالے کچھ پانی تو آئے گا بجلی تو ملے گی، اس موقع پر جسٹس اعجاز الاحسن نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ فیصل واوڈا قومی اقتصادی کونسل کی ایگزیکٹو کمیٹی (ایکنک) کا اجلاس لازمی طور پر کریں۔</p> <p>چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ اگر اجلاس نہ ہوا تو آئندہ سماعت پر شارٹ نوٹس پر بلالیں گے، انہوں نے مزید ریمارکس دیئے کہ وزیر خزانہ اور اٹارنی جنرل کو آئندہ سماعت پر بلالیں اور اگر وزیر خزانہ نہ آئے تو ہم نوٹس کر کے بلالیں گے۔</p> <p>عدالت نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ ایکنگ کے اجلاس کی حتمی تاریخ سے بھی جمعہ کو آگاہ کیا جائے، لگتا ہے وفاقی حکومت نئی گج ڈیم بنانا ہی نہیں چاہتی، وزیر آکر وضاحت دیں کہ ڈیم کی تعمیر
