ديالى</strong></p> <blockquote><p>أكدت وزارة الدفاع العراقية، الثلاثاء، أن 37 شخصاً سقطوا بين قتيل وجريح بينهم 3 من عناصر الشرطة في الهجوم الذي استهدف مجلس محافظة ديالى، مبينة أنه تم قتل ثلاثة مسلحين وإصابة الرابع بجروح. <br/>وقال المتحدث باسم الوزارة محمد العسكري لعدد من وسائل الإعلام، إن "عملية اقتحام مبنى مجلس محافظة ديالى أدت إلى مقتل ستة أشخاص بينهم ثلاثة من عناصر الشرطة، وإصابة 31آخرين جميعهم من المدنيين"، مبينا أن "المسلحين فجروا سيارة مفخخة أمام مبنى مجلس المحافظة لخلق نوع من الإرباك بين المواطنين والقوات الأمنية". <br/>وأضاف العسكري أن "4 مسلحين يرتدون أحزمة ناسفة ويحملون مسدسات كاتمة للصوت اقتحموا مبنى مجلس المحافظة واشتبكوا مع عناصر الاستعلامات في الطابق الأرضي"، لافتا إلى أن "القوات الأمنية قامت بعزل المواطنين في الطوابق الثانية والثالثة لحمايتهم وإخلائهم من مبنى المحافظة". <br/>وأكد العسكري انه "تمت مطاردة العناصر الإرهابية الاربعة في باحة مبنى المجلس فتم قتل ثلاثة منهم وإصيب الرابع بجروح"، لافتا إلى أن "هذه العملية هي إحدى العمليات المخطط لها من القاعدة لاستهداف مقرات الحكومات المحلية". <br/>وكانت اللجنة الأمنية في مجلس محافظة ديالى طالبت، اليوم، مكتب القائد العام للقوات المسلحة بفتح تحقيق موسع في ملابسات محاولة عدد من الانتحاريين اقتحام مبنى المجلس، فيما ذكر مصدر في الشرطة العراقية أن عدد الانتحاريين بلغ ستة، مبيناً انهم كانوا يرتدون أحزمة ناسفة فيما تنكر بعضهم بزي الشرطة العراقية. <br/>وكانت محافظة ديالى شهدت اليوم انفجار سيارة مفخخة أمام مبنى مجلس المحافظة وسط بعقوبة، اثناء انعقاد الجلسة الاسبوعية للمجلس المؤلف من 29 عضوا، أعقبها هجوم مسلح على المبنى شنه عدد من الانتحاريين يرتدون احزمة ناسفة فاشتبكوا مع رجال الأمن من حراس المبنى مما أسفر عن مقتل 7 أشخاص من بينهم الانتحاريين وسقوط عشرات الجرحى بحسب مصدر في الشرطة. <br/>وكان مجلس محافظة ديالى أعلن اليوم الثلاثاء، عن انتهاء محاولة اقتحام مبنى مجلس المحافظة والسيطرة عليه من قبل القوات الأمنية، مؤكدا عدم إصابة أي من أعضائه، فيما تم"قتل" جميع المسلحين المهاجمين. <br/>ويعتبر هذا الحادث، الأول من نوعه تسجله محافظة ديالى على مدى السنوات الأربع الأخيرة، الأمر الذي يؤشر إلى تراجع ملحوظ في الوضع الأمني، مشابه لما شهدته المحافظة خلال عامي2006 – 2007 من حوادث تم فيها استهداف الدوائر الحكومية ومراكز الشرطة. <br/>وشهدت محافظة صلاح الدين، في 29 آذار الماضي، هجوما مماثلا، حين اقتحم 11 مسلحاً مقر المحافظة أثناء اجتماع لمجلسها، واشتبكوا مع أفراد حمايته وأطلقوا النار على من كان في داخله، كما فجروا خلال الاشتباك سيارة مفخخة تركوها أمام المقر لتتطور الأحداث بعدها بتفجير أربعة من المسلحين إحدى الطبيبات طلبت من المسؤولين عن القوات الأمنية هناك بمحاسبة من يستهتر بأرواح المواطنين.</p> <p><b>حزب الدعوة بزعامة المالكي يرفض التمديد للوجود الامريكي في العراق</b></p> <p>اعلن حزب الدعوة الإسلامية الذي يتزعمه رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي انه ضد التمديد لبقاء القوات الاميركية يوما واحد، وفق الاتفاقية الامنية التي ابرمها العراق مع الولايات المتحدة. <br/>وذكر الحزب في بيان لمكتبه السياسي اليوم "ان موقفه ثابت من انسحاب جميع القوات الأميركية من جميع الأراضي والمياه والأجواء العراقية في موعدها المحدد نهاية العام الحالي ، وذلك لجاهزية قوى الأمن والقوات المسلحة بالدفاع عن سيادة العراق هيئة النزاهة أن 479 شخصا ادينوا بالفساد خلال الاشهر الخمسة الاولى من العام الحالي، بينهم 47 مدانا بدرجة مدير عام فما فوق بما في ذلك ثلاثة بدرجة وزير، واكدت أنها ضبطت 49 مليون دولار في قضايا فساد وتمكنت من استعادة 218 ألف دولار منها فقط، وأوضحت الهيئة في بيان أنها أحالت بين الاول من كانون الثاني والاول من حزيران 1777 متهما على المحاكم لمحاكمتهم بدعاوى فساد، ولفتت الى ان أعلى وزارات فُتحت دعاوى اللواء الركن علي الفريجي، التابعة له، بالزام كافة شيوخ ووجهاء عشائر مناطق جنوب بغداد بتوقيع تعهد خطي بعدم مشاركتهم وعشائرهم في التظاهرات أيام الجمع وغيرها وبعكسه سيتم اتخاذ إجراءات صارمة بحقهم. وقالت المصادر الأمنية التي فضلت عدم الإشارة اليها بالأسم، أن هذا الأمر قوبل باستهجان واستنكار شيوخ ووجهاء العشائر المعروفة بمواقفها الوطنية المناهضة للاحتلال وحكوماته. وكان المالكي خدع الأسبوع الماضي شيوخ العشائر بالخروج في ساحة التحرير لأغراض سياسية، في حيت يتخوف المالكي وحكومته من ثورة كبيرة لشيوخ العشائر الاصيلة التي رفضت هذه الخديعة التي أوقعهم بها المالكي وخروج تظاهرات عشائرية كبيرة الجمعة المقبلة لإدانه الخطوة التي اقدم عليها المالكي، وهو ما أستدعى المالكي لإصدار هذا الأمر وأخذ تعهدات من قبل شيوخ العشائر لضمان عدم خروجهم في تظاهرات مقبلة.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 1.5em"><font </strong></p> <p>عقد رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي مؤتمرا صحافيا للرد على انتقادات القائمة العراقية اكّد خلاله حقه كقائد عام للقوات المسلحة في اختيار الوزراء الامنيين رافضا ان تدار الدولة من قبل ثلاثة او اربعة رؤوس لان ذلك قد يؤدي الى انهيار المؤسسات. <br/>المالكي، اكد ايضًا ان مسألة تمديد بقاء القوات الاميركية من عدمها مرتبطة بتوافق وطني حولها، مشيرا إلى ان من يحاول تحميله مسؤولية هذا الامر منفردا يتهرب من مسؤولياته والتزاماته. </p> <p><strong><font color="#800000">احداث امنية في مناطق عدة من البلاد</font> </strong></p> <p>انفجرت عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة الى جانب الطريق في مدينة الصدر، ما ادى الى جرح ستة مدنيين. كما ادى الانفجار الى تحطم نوافذ المنازل المجاورة وتضرر عدد من السيارات. <br/>اتهم مكتب الشهيد الصدر في محافظة ديالى، الأربعاء، القوات الأميركية بمداهمة مقره الرئيس شمال غرب بعقوبة، وتمزيق المصاحف والعلم العراقي وسرقة عدد من اجهزة الكومبيوتر. <br/>وقال مدير مكتب الصدر في ديالى وديع العتبي ان قوة من الجيش الأميركي داهمت، فجر اليوم، المقر الرئيسي لمكتب الصدر في أطراف ناحية جديدة الشط مضيفا ان <br/>وفداً من قيادة عمليات ديالى توجه إلى مقر المكتب للاطلاع على الوضع ميدانياً"، لافتاً إلى أن "هذه المداهمة تمثل خرقاً فاضحاً للاتفاقية الأمنية. <br/>وفي ديالى ايضا القت القوات الامنية القبض على ستة عشر شخصا بينهم مطلوب بتهمة الارهاب في عمليات دهم بمناطق متفرقة من المحافظة. <br/>وقال مصدر امني ان قوة من الشرطة نفذت، ليل الثلاثاء وصباح الاربعاء، عمليات دهم في مناطق بعقوبة وناحية السعدية وقضاء المقدادية وناحية بني سعد أسفرت عن اعتقال المشتبه بهم. <br/>وفي الانبار القت قوة امنية القبض على ثلاثة مطلوبين بتهمة الإرهاب غرب الأنبار وقال مصدر امني ان المطلوبين كانوا مقيمين في سوريا منذ سنوات وتم اعتقالهم بعد أيام قليلة من دخولهم الأراضي العراقية استنادا إلى معلومات استخبارية دقيقة. <br/>وفي دهوك اعتقلت قوة أمنية ستة أشخاص علقوا في نهر الخابور شمال دهوك أثناء محاولة التسلل إلى الأراضي التركية. <br/>وقال مصدر امني إن أربعة من المعتقلين هم من أهالي مدينة حلبجة، والخامس من مدينة أربيل، بالإضافة إلى المهرب الذي كان يقود المجموعة لإدخالها إلى الأراضي التركية </p> </p></div> <p><font color="#800000"><strong>أخبار عالمية</strong></font></p> <p>التراشق بين العراقية ودولة القانون بلغ سقفا مرتفعا مع الردود والردود المضادة بين كل من رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي وزعيم العراقية اياد علاوي. واليوم انتقد المالكي علاوي بعنف قائلا ان الذين يتكلمون على التوافق يريدون ان تُحكم البلاد من قبل عدة رؤوس. <br/>رئيس الحكومة اكد ايضًا ان مسألة تمديد بقاء القوات الاميركية من عدمها مرتبطة بتوافق وطني حولها، مشيرا إلى ان من يحاول تحميله مسؤولية هذا الامر منفردا يتهرب من مسؤولياته والتزاماته. <br/>زعيم القائمة العراقية اياد علاوي لم ينتظر اكثر من ساعتين للرد على تصريحات رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي بشان كون الوزارات الامنية حصة للمكونات وليس للكتل السياسية، مؤكدا في المقابل ان الخلاف بينهما ليس شخصيا. <br/>زعيم القائمة العراقية استغرب اجراءات قيادة عمليات بغداد برفع الكتل الكونكريتية من امام مقره، الا ان القيادة اكدت انها تنفذ خطة لفتح شارع الزيتون ولم تقصد مقر علاوي تحديدا. <br/>النواب لم ينأوا بانفسهم عن الحرب الكلامية المستعرة بين رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي ورئيس القائمة العراقية اياد علاوي. فتحول ممثلو الشعب إلى وقود يغذي الخلاف مطلقين الاتهامات في حق الزعماء في كل الاتجاهات. <br/>اكد وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري عقب لقائه نظيره الايراني علي اكبر صالحي ان ايران مستعدة لحل كل المشاكل العالقة بين البلدين، في حين قال الوزير الايراني ان سياسة ايران هي عدم التدخل في شؤون الدول الاخرى. <br/>استكمل مجلس النواب اليوم استجواب مفوضية الانتخابات فيما تم تاجيل بعض القوانين الى ما بعد عطلة المجلس كقانون مجلس القضاء الاعلى وقانون المحكمة الاتحادية وقانون النزاهة وقانون المفتشيين العموميين. <br/>نفت المجموعة العربية في مجلس محافظة كركوك ما أعلنته قيادة شرطة المحافظة عن وجود اتفاق بين جميع الكتل السياسية في المجلس على تمديد بقاء الجيش الامريكي في كركوك، موكدة ان تصريحات قيادة الشرطة تمثل تدخلا في العمل السياسي. <br/>اعلن وزير الصحة مجيد حمد امين ان السنة الحالية ستكون افضل سنة دوائية يمر بها العراق، مشيرا الى ان الوزارة تعاقدت مع ايران والاردن لاستيراد ادوية وتقنيات مكافحة الامراض. <br/>مساعدات اضافية من المنظمة الدولية للهجرة لاهالي الديوانية كجزء من مشروع تقوم به لتشغيل سيارة مدنية، أطلقوا، ظهر</p> <p>اليوم، نيران أسلحتهم الرشاشة صوب اللواء في الجيش العراقي السابق سالم القصاب قرب منزله، بمنطقة  17 تموز غرب الموصل، ما أسفر عن إصابته بجروح نقل على إثرها إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج  وأضاف المصدر، الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه، أن "الأجهزة الأمنية نقلت المصاب إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج، فيما طوقت منطقة الحادث وبدأت حملة تفتيش بحثا عن المنفذين يذكر أن مناطق محافظة Jazeera have a report on the assassination of Faris Jassim al-Jubouri entitled "<a title="Iraq politician shot dead in Mosul" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20130125053316/http://english.aljazeera.net/news/middleeast/2010/06/201065112649147845.html" class="external" target="_blank">Iraq politician shot dead in Mosul</a>" their report is below, from this report and other local reports several things are known:</p> <ul> <li>The murder was committed by men in army uniform (not in police uniforms as al Jazeera’s report says the difference is important for reasons I’ll explain below). </li> <li>The death squad went from house to house in the village claiming to be searching for mortars. </li> <li>Several residents said that the men in uniform sounded "strange" – this is a codeword for saying that they spoke Arabic with a non-Arabic accent. </li> <li>The account given by the family is different from al Jazeera’s — the family say that the death squad dragged him out of the house and shot him down there. </li> </ul> <p>Al Jazeera’s account makes much of the fact that the victim was a replacement candidate for the Iraqiya list headed by Iyad Allawi, and the claim by two Iraqiya politicians Intisar Allawi and  Maysoun Damlouji  that this is part of an ongoing campaign of murder and intimidation against the Iraqiya list, for reasons I explain below I think al-Jazeera have got their coverage of this murder of a relatively unknown politician wrong: </p> <div style="width: 98%;"> <div class="container"> <div class="shadow"> <div class="frame"> <h3>Iraq politician shot dead in Mosul </h3> <blockquote><p>An Iraqi politician from the Iraqiya bloc has been shot dead by armed men in the northern city of Mosul, officials say. <br/>Police say unknown assailants shot Faris Jassim al-Jubouri early on Saturday in his home in Mosul about 350km north of Baghdad.</p> <p>No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.</p> <p>The Iraqiya bloc of former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi narrowly won elections in March, beating the coalition led by Nouri Maliki, the incumbent prime minister. <br/>Al-ubouri was a candidate on Iraqiya’s list for parliament but did not win a seat in the 325-seat assembly.</p> <p>Al-Jubouri was the third candidate from the party to be killed in the past two weeks.</p> <h4>Killing ‘political’ </h4> <p>A police source, who asked not to be named, said al-Jubouri was shot dead by gunmen in police uniform.</p> <p>He said the men searched several homes in al-Jubouri’s village saying they were looking for mortars. <br/>On entering his home, "they tied up his brother and when he came downstairs they opened fire and killed him," he told the Reuters news a senior Iraqiya official, told Reuters.</p> <p>"We don’t know who we will lose next. We call on the government to provide protection for winning candidates."</p> </blockquote> <p><strong>Source:</strong> <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20130125053316/http://english.aljazeera.net/news/middleeast/2010/06/201065112649147845.html" class="external" target="_blank">Iraq politician shot dead in Mosul – Middle East – Al Jazeera English</a></p> <p> </div> </p></div> </p></div> </p></div> <p style="margin-top: 12px; padding-top: 10px;">Based on the evidence available to me there is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that Iraqiya list politicians and organisers were targeted prior to the election and that the campaign of murder and intimidation to which they have been subjected is continuing. I do not however believe that the murder of  Faris al-Jubouri was part of that campaign:</p> <ul> <li>The murder was committed by "men in army uniform" not as al-Jazeera’s report has it by men police uniform. The difference is important. It is relatively easy to get army uniforms and relatively difficult to get hold of police uniforms. The army in Mosul consists either of Peshmerga units or of Arab units known to be heavily infiltrated by persons loyal to the Badr brigade and its political sponsors. By contrast the police in that part of Mosul are widely trusted by the populace because they believed to neutral in the performance of their duties. Put plainly that means that they are not politically infiltrated by Kurdish nationalists or by sectarian political parties such as Badr. </p> <p>Moreover the identities of the police are known to the local populace a group of men masquerading as police would be quickly unmasked and attacked. </li> <li>Most importantly of all there is also the matter of al-Jubouri’s past: <p><em><strong> Faris Jassim al-Jubouri had been an airforce pilot under the Ba’athist government overthrown by the American invaders. <br/></strong></em> <br/>Since the American invasion there has been a long-running death-squad campaign against former armed forces commanders and officers. </li> <li>This death squad campaign has in particular targetted former Airforce pilots, especially those who like al-Jubouri flew sorties against the Iranians.</li> </ul> <p>I can understand why Iraqiya list politicians such Intisar Allawi and Maysoun Damlouji, would see al-Jubouri’s murder as part of a campaign against their party. There is no doubt that al-Iraqiya politicians and organisers are being subjected to a campaign of murder and intimidation. Nor is there any doubt in my mind that the current government, which is led by their political enemies, has deliberately ignored their pleas that they be given police protection.</p> <p>But I do not believe that this particular murder is linked to the political standoff between Dawa and Iraqiya, it is I think, further evidence that the death squad campaign against former army and air force إيران.المصدر المطلع الذي نقل لي هذه المعلومات ذكر ان ابن صدر الدين القبنجي المدعو صادق هو أحد المتورطين في هذه الجرائم بحسب أعترافات المعتقل  ، وكذلك أبناء شقيقة القبنجي وهما يعملان في مؤسسة العقائد التابعة للسيستاني . المثير في القضية هو ان رغم وجود اعترافات مصورة لأحد عناصر فرق الموت إلا ان القضاة يخافون أصدار أمر إلقاء القبض على ابن القبنجي وابني شقيقته بسبب سطوة القبنجي وبطشه المعروف وارتباط القضية بمكتب السيستاني ، بل توجد مخاوف حقيقية من حصول عملية اغتيال لهذا المعتقل داخل السجن من اجل طمس معالم الجريمة !وصدر الدين القبنجي يعرفه كل من عاش في إيران ، فهو إيراني مسفر من العراق ، واثناء الحرب العراقية الإيرانية تسلم مناصب عليا في أجهزة الأستخبارات الإيرانية ، وأشرف بنفسه على جزء من عمليات تعذيب الجنود العراقيين الأسرى  ، ويصفه البعض بأنه لايقل قساوة ووحشية عن مدير الأمن العام فاضل البراك و ناظم كزار اذ كان يتلذذ ويستمتع بتعذيب الجنود العراقيين وقتلهم ، ويعد أحد أكثر المخلصين لإيران والحريصين على مصالحها .و يكشف لنا عمل بعض عناصر فرق الموت في مكتب السيستاني عن حقيقة تغلغل المخابرات الإيرانية في جميع المفاصل والمؤسسات والدوائر داخل العراق ، وحينما نتحدث عن ان مرجعية السيستاني هي مجرد فرع للمخابرات الإيرانية في النجف لانقول هذا الكلام جزافا ومن باب إلقاء التهم ، بل هو  واقع معروف لمن يدرك طبيعة الدهاء الفارسي وتكتيكات اللوبي الإيراني في العراق ، فإيران من عادتها تستخدمه عدة أوراق في وقت واحد من اجل أحكام قبضتها ، وقد أستخدمت السيستاني كورقة رابحة ونصبته بهدوء كحاكم لنظام ولاية الفقيه في العراق ووفرت له غطاءا اعلاميا هائلا يمجد به وينفخ صورته ويسوقه الى الناس لدرجة اصبح نقد السيستاني وتدخله في شؤون العراق والكلام عن التنظيم السري الذي يقوده ابنه محمد رضا السيستاني  يعتبرا كفرا ، بل اشد من الكفر بالله ، فبسبب الهالة الأعلامية التي أحيط بها السيستاني أصبح فوق النقد وشخصية مقدسة أكثر قدسية حتى من الله !أين دولة القانون التي يتشدق بها المالكي ، أين العدالة ، أين كرامة العراقيين التي سُحقت بأحذية ( العجم )  الإيرانيين واصبح الشعب العراقي في غالبيته مجرد خدم وعبيد لدى إيران التي تسرق ثرواته وتمزقه الى دويلات طائفية ، وتقتل أبنائه ، وتعين له رئيسا This one is located in a tunnel near to the Interior ministry. Details are still sketchy what is known is the following:</p> <ul> <li>The prison is designated "Prison 283".</li> <li>It held 168 prisoners. Many of them former air force and the others "from other Arab countries" – no information as to their nationality or nationalities as yet.</li> </ul> <p>The air force aspect and the location are very troubling. During the height of the "war of the death squads" there was a concerted campaign of assassinations against former army officers. This was even more the case for former air force members — in particular pilots who had flown against Iran during the war with Iran. Many pilots were murdered or were "disappeared", consequently many fled the country or went into hiding. The death squads that targeted former air force members were very often "men in police uniforms" or "men in the uniforms of forces loyal to the interior ministry" as the expression at the time had it. At the time the Interior ministry was heavily infriltrated by members of the Badr brigade and other SIIC (SCIRI) linked militias. Should it transpire that this "secret" prison was run by the Interior Ministry it will be difficult to persuade many former resistance fighters that the days of revenge attacks and ethnic cleansing by الرغم من إدراكه بأن ما يقوم به قد يشكل خطرا على حياته وحياة عائلته، فإن أبو محمد، الذي نتحفظ على اسمه الكامل لدواع أمنية، قرر أن يطرق أبواب من حصل على عناوينهم من ضباط الجيش العراقي السابق والمخابرات، من الذين أُدرجت أسماؤهم في قوائم تم تبادلها عبر البريد الإلكتروني، بدعوى أنهم سيصبحون أهدافا للميليشيات في العراق. ويقول أبو محمد  إن قائمة بأسماء نحو 200 شخص وصلته عبر البريد الإلكتروني، بعضهم يقيم في مناطق الدورة والسيدية والمنصور والحرية والكاظمية في بغداد. مشيرا إلى أن القائمة مصحوبة بتنبيه بأن هذه الأسماء ستكون ضمن حملة الاغتيالات القادمة التي ستشهدها بغداد. </p> <p>وكانت قوائم مماثلة قد صدرت في أوقات متفرقة في أعقاب الإطاحة بالنظام العراقي السابق في ذروة أيام العنف الطائفي في العراق، وقد ضمت أسماء ضباط وصحافيين ورجال مخابرات وأطباء وأساتذة جامعة وقضاة، وألقيت الاتهامات في حينها على ميليشيات شيعية موالية لفيلق القدس الإيراني. </p> <p>ويقول أبو محمد إن البعض من هؤلاء الأشخاص كتبت عناوينهم الصريحة في القائمة، وقد عثر على بيوتهم وأبلغ أهلهم بما جاء إليه من تهديدات بحقهم، وأضاف أنه تبيّن أن عددا غير قليل منهم قد غادر العراق بعد أحداث عام 2003 إثر دخول القوات الأجنبية إلى العراق. </p> <p>وفي الوقت الذي لم يتم فيه التأكد من صحة القائمة والجهة التي نظمتها، غير أنه تبين أن أبو محمد لم يكن الوحيد الذي حصل على هذه القائمة، بل الكثير من العراقيين، لكنهم لم يمتلكوا «جرأة» أبو محمد لتنبيه الأسماء المذكورة من الخطر المحدق بهم. </p> <p>ويقول فراس، طالب جامعي من عشيرة زوبع، إن أحد أقاربه كان من بين الأسماء التي وردت في القائمة وقد نبهه بشكل مباشر، وإن قريبه، ضابط سابق في المخابرات، قرر حزم حقائبه للسفر إلى مدينة أخرى خوفا من استهدافه. </p> <p>وفي ظل الفراغ السياسي الذي أعقب الانتخابات النيابية التي جرت في مارس (آذار) الماضي، يجري الحديث عن استئناف أنشطة الميليشيات في الآونة الأخيرة التي قد تأتي ردا على الهجمات الدامية التي استهدفت بغداد ومناطق ذات أغلبية شيعية، والتي حملة الاعتقالات التي بدأتها القوات الأمنية ضد المسلحين لتشمل شخصيات بارزة في الموصل أو كانت متنفذة في الجيش السابق.<br/>وقال يونس هاشم نائب مسؤول مركز نينوى للحزب الإسلامي، السبت، للوكالة المستقلة للأنباء (أصوات العراق) “إذا ما استتب الأمن في محافظة نينوى فهذا يعني تنشيط العملية السياسية في المحافظة، لان هناك الكثير من الأحزاب والكتل السياسية تعاني من فقدان الأمن ولا تستطيع أن تظهر دورها في
