He was previously Vice-Provost Relations with Health Care Institutions and Dean of the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, and has also served as Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and the Cameron Wilson Chair in Depression Studies.聽He is a Professor in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine鈥檚 Departments of Psychiatry, and Pharmacology and Toxicology, and a Senior Scientist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Professor Young is a clinician-scientist who studies the molecular basis of bipolar disorder and its treatment.
