clear="all"/></p> <p>The 2017 Hugo Awards will be presented on the evening of Friday, August 11, 2017 at a ceremony at Worldcon 75, the 75th World Science Fiction Convention. Administration of the 2017 Hugo Awards is exclusively the responsibility of Worldcon 75. The Hugo Awards are not administered by the Hugo Awards Web Site.</p> <p>The finalists for the 2017 Hugo Awards were announced online on April 4th. The video of the announcement is available <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20170810072558/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jm5zVLFWbqE">on YouTube</a>.</p> <p>2464 valid nominating ballots (2458 electronic and 6 paper) were received and counted from the members of the 2016, 2017 and 2018 World Science Fiction Conventions.
