ACCOUNTS ARE NOT PRO-RATED, if you cancel at any time during the month, you will be billed untill the end of the payment period.</p> <p>If your billing period is May 1st to May 31st and you decide to cancel your account on May 14th, you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of the month of May.</p> <p>If you want to cancel an account based on monthly payments, without incurring additional charges, you must do so by 5pm, CET, on the last business day of the month.</p> <p>You can notify us at anytime during the month and we will set your account to cancel automatically on the last day of the month.</p> <p>If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so at any time by clicking cancel on your payments page.</p> <p>The same payment structure applies to accounts billed on a yearly basis.</p> <p>NOTE: AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION - If we are unable to process your credit card (due to credit card information changes such as addresses and expiration dates, etc.) we will pause your account access until your card information has been updated and we are able to successfully bill your card for your outstanding balance. During this time, we will continue to collect your statistics, but you will not be able to access them until your account is paid in full. If your account remains outstanding for over 90 days, we will automatically cancel your account and you will no longer be able to access your statistics.
