The office is responsible for, among other things, the monthly Register of Regulations, the Administrative Code of Regulations and the Delaware On-line Statutory Code. The office is also the official repository of all regulations for the State of Delaware.</p> <p>The Division of Legislative Services was created by the Delaware General Assembly to act as a reference bureau for information relating or pertaining to legislative matters and subjects of interest to the Senate and House of Representatives.</p> <p>The Division provides a wide range of services, including (but not limited to) legislative research, bill drafting, committee staffing, and the development, production and distribution of public information concerning the General Assembly.
