If no ‘Download’ or ‘Save as’ option is available, use a browser add-on like <a href="https://www.downloadhelper.net/" title="This is the video downloader add-on I use with Firefox. There are several others..." target="_blank">Video Downloadhelper</a>. Wait for the video to download, then play it without hiccups directly on your device. This solution may be a bit time-consuming but it's less frustrating than workarounds 1-5.
