Devo fazer a submissão por sessão ou um anúncio único para o conjunto das sessões?</h2> <p>O Calenda publica o conjunto das sessões de um seminário ou ciclo de conferências num único anúncio, com uma hiperligação única e permanente. Nestes termos, deverá submeter um único anúncio, com várias datas associadas, sendo sempre possível completar ou modificar o anúncio. Basta escrever-nos para <a href="https://calenda@openedition.org">calenda@openedition.org</a> e enviar-nos as informações referentes às atualizações em ficheiro editável, que permita copiar/colar (DOC, ODT, RTF, mas não PDF).</p> <p><a href="#top">Voltar ao topo da página</a></p> <p> </p> <h1>Durante a submissão</h1> <h2 id="question8">Nas chamadas de contribuições ou escolas temáticas, qual é a data mais pertinente para salientar?</h2> <p>Nas chamadas de contribuições, deverá ser indicada a data mais pertinente para as leitoras e leitores, ou seja, a data limite de submissão das propostas de contributos.</p> <p>Uma vez estabelecido o programa definitivo, deverá submeter uma nova proposta de anúncio que contenha a apresentação do programa.</p> <p>Para escolas temáticas, deve ser destacada a data limite para o envio de candidaturas/inscrições, caso se trate de um evento reservado a participantes selecionados. Se se trata de um evento aberto, com modalidades de participação mais flexíveis, podem indicar-se as datas em que a escola decorre.</p> <p><a href="#top">Voltar ao topo da página</a></p> <p> </p> <h2 id="question9">Como escolher o título e subtítulo do meu anúncio?</h2> <p>A melhor forma de dar visibilidade a um evento é destacar o objeto ou tema central.</p> <p>O título deverá ser o mais completo possível, de forma a indicar claramente o objeto do evento. Exemplo: «Fundações e fundamentos» não é um título pois não é suficientemente explícito. Já «Teologia, letras e ciências: fundações e fundamentos», pelo contrário, é um título explícito.</p> <p>Procure, no entanto, que o título não seja demasiado extenso. Pode recorrer, por exemplo, a subtítulos. Exemplo: «Teologia, letras e ciências» em título e «Fundações e fundamentos na Europa Central nos séculos XVIII e XIX» em subtítulo.</p> <p>Sempre que possível, evite títulos demasiado genéricos, do tipo «Seminário de Doutorandos», que não permite a distinção entre diferentes anúncios. Que informação deverá conter?</h2> <p>O resumo deverá ter entre 5 e 10 linhas. É fundamental para a inserção e indexação do anúncio. Deve centrar-se mais no conteúdo temático do evento do que nas instituições organizadoras ou no local, por exemplo, informações que devem ser inscritas nos seus campos específicos.</p> <h2 id="question11">Os anúncios têm limite de dimensão?</h2> <p>Não há qualquer limite. Assim, não é possível suprimir um evento após a sua publicação no Calenda. É, no entanto, possível solicitar a modificação do anúncio, através do e-mail <a href="mailto:calenda@openedition.org">calenda@openedition.org</a>, acrescentando, por exemplo, a referência ao cancelamento do evento.  </p> <p><a href="#top">Voltar ao topo da página</a></p> <p> </p> <h2 id="question18">Por que razão por vezes me pedem informações complementares?</h2> <p>Os anúncios publicados no Calenda deverão ser completos e claros para os seus utilizadores. Poderemos, por vezes, solicitar informações complementares, como modalidades e critérios de seleção de propostas (júris, arbitragem por pares em regime de anonimato.. ), precisão de modalidades de participação, afiliação de oradores, custo da inscrição, etc. Se a composição de um júri ainda não está completa, pode responder que a informação será comunicada posteriormente.</p> <p><a href="#top">Voltar ao topo da página</a></p> <p> </p> <h2 id="question19">A equipa do Calenda pode destacar o meu evento na secção «atualidade» na página de entrada?</h2> <p>O Calenda é um calendário, não uma página de atualidades, o que significa que não podemos «destacar» os anúncios em função da sua atualidade. Podem decorrer dezenas de eventos no mesmo dia. Destacar os anúncios em função da proximidade da data não é garantia de maior visibilidade.</p> <p>Para que o público suscetível de se interessar pelo seu evento possa encontrar o respetivo anúncio, a nossa plataforma inclui outras formas de pesquisa: por proximidade de data (anúncios do dia na página de entrada), pesquisa por categoria, por tipo, eventos futuros, pesquisa por palavra-chave…</p> <p><a href="#top">Voltar ao topo da página</a></p> <p> </p> <h2 id="question20">Podemos transformar um anúncio de chamada de contribuições em anúncio de colóquio ?</h2> <p>O Calenda não transforma chamadas de contribuições em anúncios de colóquios, com o respetivo programa. A ideia é conseguir arquivar as chamadas de contribuições enquanto tal, e de facilitar o acesso às diferentes informações às nossas leitoras e leitores. Se assim o desejar, podemos indicar as ligações entre dois eventos, incluindo as hiperligações respetivas no corpo dos anúncios.</p> <p><a href="#top">Voltar ao topo da página</a></p> <h1 style="text-align: center;">Licensing policy</h1> <h2 id="question21">How can I choose the proper license when publishing my event?</h2> <p>Contributors to Calenda may choose between <a href="https://www.openedition.org/40528?lang=en">two terms of use</a> : either the CC0 tool or the CC BY 4.0 license. The CC0 tool applies by default to your event in case you do not choose the CC BY 4.0 license. This CC0 tool informs everyone that you dedicate the text of your event to public domain, i.e. you relinquish any copyright you might have held on the text of the event.</p> <p>By choosing the CC0 tool, you relinquish copyright</p> <p>Events published on Calenda under the <a href="https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/public-domain/cc0/">CC0 tool</a> may be redistributed by anyone. This CC0 tool applies by default to Calenda events because a large amount of events published on the platform are not original and therefore not protected by copyright (e.g. conference announcements, job offers). Unlike the six Creative commons licenses that set out the terms of use of an original work protected by copyright, the CC0 aims to relinquish one’s hypothetical copyright on a work, thus enabling anyone to use that content without needing to name a hypothetical author.</p> <p>This CC0 tool is highly relevant on Calenda in two instances:</p> <ul> <li>Your event contains non-original text that is not protected by copyright (a training session programme, information for a job application, etc.). That text may be very short, of medium length or very long. An event consisting in only a short programme with a schedule, titles, name of the speakers and information for registration does not meet the criteria of originality. Copyright protects the sequence of words chosen, not the information conveyed by those words. That metadata is crucial for a proper referencing of the event on Internet. Such summary may have been modified by the Calenda staff to enhance its relevance and improve its legability; it may even have been entirely rewritten by the Calenda staff.
