Cette recherche pluridisciplinaire qui s鈥檈st d茅roul茅e de 2009 脿 2011 est une 茅tude comparative entre trois r茅gions laiti猫res (Suisse, Qu茅bec, France). Son but est d鈥檃nalyser les cons茅quences des politiques agricoles sur l鈥櫭﹖at socio-psychologique des producteurs ; - permettre l鈥檕uverture 脿 d鈥檃utres probl茅matiques contemporaines sur le m茅tier d鈥檃griculteur. Nous 茅voquerons ainsi la question des politiques agricoles et de la sant茅 en agriculture, mais 茅galement un certain nombre de questions scientifiques quelque peu d茅laiss茅es en sociologie rurale et qui renvoient encore aujourd鈥檋ui 脿 la question de l鈥檈xploitation familiale, notamment aux nouvelles formes d鈥檃cc猫s au m茅tier, 脿 la f茅minisation du m茅tier ou encore 脿 la pauvret茅. </div> </div> <div id="annonce"> <p class="intitule">Annonce</p> <div id="annonce-204997-fr" class="tabContent" lang="fr" xml:lang="fr"> <p>APPEL A COMMUNICATIONS <br />11-12 octobre 2011 –Colloque international Université de Franche Comté -Besançon</p> <p>Les producteurs laitiers : politique agricole, santé et profession<br />Comparaison France-Suisse-Québec</p> <p>Le colloque scientifique qui se tiendra à Besançon les 11 et 12 octobre 2011 s’ouvrira par la restitution d’une recherche comparative portant sur les producteurs laitiers. Cette recherche pluridisciplinaire qui s’est déroulée de 2009 à 2011 est une étude comparative entre trois régions laitières (Suisse, Québec, France). Son but est d’analyser les conséquences des politiques agricoles sur l’état socio-psychologique des producteurs. Cette étude a été conduite conjointement par des chercheurs de l’Institut de Hautes Etudes Internationales et du Développement de Genève et du Laboratoire de Sociologie et d’Anthropologie de l’Université de Franche-Comté – en collaboration avec des organismes professionnels des trois pays concernés : la Mutualité sociale agricole de Franche-Comté en France, Agridea en Suisse et la Coop Fédérée au Québec . </p> <p>La politique agricole suisse se fonde sur un article constitutionnel confiant à l’agriculture des missions relevant de la multifonctionnalité : occupation décentralisée du territoire, sécurité alimentaire, protection contre les éléments naturels et conservation de la biodiversité et du paysage. Celles-ci sont financées par des paiements directs qui représentent l’équivalent du salaire de l’agriculteur. Parallèlement, une forte pression s’exerce sur les prix agricoles. Au Québec, la politique agricole associe protectionnisme et libéralisme selon les types de production. La filière laitière bénéficie d’un système de gestion de l’offre qui lui assure un prix à la production stable. En France, la Politique agricole commune (PAC) de l'Union européenne a longtemps soutenu les prix à la production mais est aussi en train de revoir les modalités d’octroi de ses aides notamment selon des cahiers des charges environnementaux de bonnes pratiques. </p> <p>La question centrale de cette recherche portait sur les effets des politiques agricoles sur la situation sociale et psychologique des agriculteurs des trois régions concernées. Au-delà de l’effet des politiques sur la santé des producteurs laitiers, cette recherche comparative laisse penser que le moral et la santé des agriculteurs dépendent aussi des difficultés que rencontrent les agriculteurs pour s’adapter au nouveau contexte socio-politique et aux transformations de l’ethos du métier de producteur laitier et d’éleveur. Le métier aurait-il changé au point de ne plus correspondre aux attentes des producteurs laitiers ? </p> <p>Ce colloque se donne donc pour objectif, d’une part de présenter les résultats de la recherche, d’autre part de permettre l’ouverture à d’autres problématiques contemporaines sur le métier d’agriculteur. Nous évoquerons donc la question des politiques agricoles et de la santé en agriculture, mais également un certain nombre de questions scientifiques quelque peu délaissées en sociologie rurale et qui renvoient encore aujourd’hui à la question de l’exploitation familiale, notamment aux nouvelles formes d’accès au métier, à la féminisation du métier ou encore à la pauvreté. </p> <ul> <li>En quoi les jeunes installé(e)s issus ou non du monde agricole participent-ils d’une transformation des rapports sociaux en agriculture ?</li> <li>Quelle est l’évolution de la place des femmes dans la profession ? La féminisation de la profession transforme-t-elle le rapport des agriculteurs à leur identité sociale ? L’augmentation du taux de divorce en agriculture vient-il modifier le rapport des agriculteurs à leur métier et à l’exploitation familiale ?</li> <li>On s’interrogera aussi sur les exploitations en difficulté pour tenter de saisir les raisons d’une plus grande visibilité des phénomènes de pauvreté dans la profession agricole. <br /> Il s’agit donc d’ouvrir un espace de discussion scientifique sur la profession agricole. </li> </ul> <p>Ce colloque est également l’occasion d’essayer de comprendre quelles sont les comparaisons possibles entre la profession agricole et les métiers patrimoniaux non agricoles.</p> <p>Le colloque se tiendra à l’Université de Franche-Comté, Faculté des lettres, Amphithéâtre Donzelot, LASA-UFC, 30 rue Mégevand, les 11 et 12 octobre 2011.</p> <h3>Les propositions de communication devront parvenir au secrétariat du LASA <br />agnes.jodon@univ-fcomte.fr, avant le 24 août 2011</h3> <p>sous forme d’une quinzaine de lignes à partir desquelles le conseil scientifique du colloque se prononcera sur la recevabilité des interventions.
