class="cite-bracket">[</span>2<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> and allow apps to request the user's location data and send this data to Microsoft and "trusted partners" to improve The actual problem which spurred the criticism turned out to be an unrelated problem experienced by a single user who tried to circumvent <a href="/wiki/Adobe_Creative_Suite" title="Adobe Creative Suite">Adobe Creative Suite</a> (CS) copy protection mechanisms by changing files.
