ba-kıldıında, Türkçenin sözvarlıı içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan kalıp sözlerin öretimine yeterince deinilmedii dikkati çek-mektedir. Ancak kalıp sözler kullanıldıkları toplumun dil ve kültür yapısını yansıttıı için yabancı dil öretiminde hem hedef kitle hem de dil öretenler açısından son derece önemlidir. Bu önem, yabancı dil öretiminde iletiimsel yaklaımların yaygınlamasıyla birlikte daha da belirgin bir ekilde ortaya çıkmıtır. Bu bilgiler ııında bu çalımada, Türkçe ile Farsça arasındaki sık kullanılan ve edeer olan 232 adet kalıp söz tespit edilmi ve Türkçeyi yabancı dil olarak örenen Farslara bu sözlerin öretiminde (farkındalık kazandırılma-sında), Türk ve Fars kültürünün müterek unsurlarından nasıl yarar-lanılacaı açıklanmıtır. Dil bilgisi öğretiminin gerekli olup olmadığı ve nasıl olması gerektiği yönünde alanda ciddi tartışmalar bulunmaktadır. Bu durumun öğretim programlarına ve öğretim süreçlerinde kullanılan öğretim setlerine yansıdığı görülebilmektedir. Öğretim setleri dil bilgisi öğretimi bakımından incelendiğinde hem öğretim yöntemleri hem öğretim sıralaması açısından ciddi farklılıklar göstermektedir. Bazı öğretim setlerinde dil bilgisi öğretiminde tercümelere yer verildiği ve öğretimin çok detaylı bir şekilde ele alındığı görülürken bazı öğretim setlerinde tercümeye hiç yer verilmediği ve öğretimin yüzeysel bir şekilde gerçekleştirildiği görülebilmektedir. Benzer şekilde öğretim merkezlerinin dil bilgisi öğretimi hususuna yaklaşımlarında da büyük farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. Bazı öğretim merkezleri ders programları içerisinde müstakil dil bilgisi derslerine yer verirken bazı öğretim merkezleri dört temel dil becerisinin içerisinde dil bilgisi öğretimini gerçekleştirmekte ve ders programlarında müstakil dil bilgisi derslerine yer vermemektedir. Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretiminde görülen bu farklılıklardan yola çıkılarak çalışmada dil bilgisi öğretimine dair öğretici görüşlerinin yansıtılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda araştırmada öğreticilere; Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretiminde dil bilgisi öğretiminin ne düzeyde gerekli olduğu, dil bilgisi öğretiminin nasıl olması gerektiği, öğretim setlerinde dil bilgisi öğretimine dair görülen başlıca hataların neler olduğu, sınavlarda dil bilgisi sorularının bulunup bulunmaması gerektiği ve ders programlarında dil bilgisinin ayrı bir ders olarak yer alıp almaması gerektiği hakkında sorular sorulmuştur. Çalışma nitel bir araştırma olarak tasarlanmış bir durum çalışmasıdır. Araştırmada amaçlı örneklem alma yoluna gidilerek en az beş yıldır üniversiteler bünyesinde yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi alanında ders verme deneyimine sahip ve alanın en sık kullanılan Gazi, Yeni Hitit, İstanbul ve Yedi İklim öğretim setlerini kullanmış 8 öğretim elemanı ile odak grup görüşmesi yapılmıştır. Türkçenin öğretimine destek olmak, dilsel becerileri geliştirmek amacıyla hem ders ve yöntem kitapları hem de yapılan bilimsel çalışmalar hızlı bir şekilde artmaktadır. Dilsel beceriler; bireylerin dinlediklerini, gördüklerini, okuduklarını tam ve doğru olarak anlaması ve yine bunları tam ve doğru olarak başkalarına anlatması biçiminde özetlenebilir. Becerilerin kazandırılması ise dinleme, konuşma, okuma ve yazma gibi dört ana etkinliğe dayanır. Dil öğretiminde dilsel becerileri geliştirmek için yüzyıllardır süregelen, denenmiş birçok yöntem bulunmaktadır. Dil öğrenicisinin öncelikle yazma ve dinleme becerileri olmak üzere temel dil becerilerini geliştiren, bazı yöntembilimciler tarafından dil bilgisi çeviri yöntemi içinde yazma faaliyeti olarak değerlendirilen dikte bu yöntemlerden biridir. “Dikte, bir başkasına o anda söyleyerek yazdırma faaliyetidir” (URL 1). Diktenin, etkin olarak kullanıldığında dilin dört temel becerisini (dinleme, konuşma, okuma, yazma) aynı anda geliştirmeye yardımcı olduğu görülmüştür. Yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde gerek öğretim programlarında gerekse dil öğretim kitaplarında pek yeri olmayan bu yöntem, birçok ülkede dilin hem ikinci dil olarak hem de yabancı dil olarak öğretiminde yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Dil öğretiminde sıkça kullanılan bu yöntemin, Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretiminde de faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir. Dikte, Türkçe dinleme, konuşma, okuma, yazma, dil bilgisi ve kelime öğretiminde faydalı olacaktır. Bu makale, dil öğretiminde sıkça kullanılan dikte yönteminin önemi, faydaları, sınıf içinde uygulanması, türleri, seçimi, değerlendirmesi ve diktenin yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde kullanımını anlatmak için yazılmıştır. Türkler tarih boyunca farklı coğrafyalarda yaşamış, kültürlerini ve dillerini de gittikleri yerlere götürmüşlerdir. Bu etkileşimler sayesinde Türkçe, Asya’da, Avrupa’da ve Afrika’da tercih edilen önemli dillerden biri haline gelmiştir. Yakın tarihimizde dilimiz, dünyanın dört bir yanından insanları çok kısa sürede bir araya getiren teknolojinin yardımıyla birçok farklı millet tarafından öğrenilmiştir. Teknolojinin gücüne ek olarak ülkemizin jeopolitik konumu ve Ortadoğu'daki siyasi gücü de Türkçenin yayılmasında ve birçok ulus tarafından tercih edilmesinde etkili bir rol oynamıştır. Tüm tarih boyunca önemsenmesinin yanı sıra özellikle son yıllarda araştırmacılar, Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretimi alanı üzerinde çalışmalarını arttırmışlardır. Türkçe, günümüzde birçok farklı sebepten dolayı, birçok millet tarafından ülkemiz içinde ve dışında tercih edilen önemli bir dildir. Dolayısıyla dilimizin, yabancılara öğretilmesi konusunda araştırmalar yapılmasına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu konuda bu araştırmanın amacı da Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretilmesi üzerine çalışma yapacak araştırmacılar için rehber olmak ve onlara gerekli kaynakları ulaştırmaktır. Bu amaçla son 3 yılda (2017, 2018 ve 2019) oluşturulan araştırmalar (makale ve tezler) bu çalışmada bir araya toplanmıştır. Araştırma, alanyazın taraması şeklinde oluşturulmuştur. Taramada YÖK Tez Ulusal Tez Merkezi, ULAKBİM, Google Scholar, Academia, Research Gate, YÖK Akademik veri tabanları üzerinden veriler toplanmıştır. Yapılan taramalar sonucunda, yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi için hazırlanan 292 (143 makale ve 149 yüksek lisans doktora tezi) çalışma tespit edilmiştir. Yabancı dil olarak Türkçenin öğretimine yönelik son 3 yılda yapılan araştırmaların toplanması ile oluşturulan bu çalışmanın, yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretimi üzerine yeni çalışmalar ortaya koyacak
