From the reports and our own sources it seems that a Rapid Reaction Force (the RRF are special forces from GZG Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki’s office) arrived on Thursday night at Taji prison to take custody of prisoners to be transferred to Karkh central prison. An altercation between the RRF force and the prisoners ensued in the course of which five prisoners escaped. Amongst the escapees is Saad Sowaar a senior Jaish al-Mahdi commander. This escape and Adnan Taj Shalal Sharhan’s escape can only have taken place with inside help – hardly surprising given the level of corruption in the GZG and its security services including the "Rapid Reaction Force". </p> <p>The timing of this escape and the fact that Saad Sowaar is one of the escapees is very bad news indeed for the GZG government and the Americans. At present the Sadrists are repeating continuously that if the Americans do not withdraw that they will resume hostilities. Having the highly intelligent, skilled, and ferocious, Saad Sowaar back in their command structure will increase their effectiveness. عدد من قيادات جيش المهدي البارزة من سجن التاجي شمالي بغداد</b></p> <p>اعلن مصدر أمني مسؤول، اليوم الجمعة ، أن خمسة من قيادات جيش المهدي تمكنوا من الهروب من سجن التاجي شمالي بغداد. <br/>وقال المصدر في تصريح صحفي "إن قوة من مكتب رئيس الوزراء وصلت، ليلة أمس، الى سجن التاجي، شمالي بغداد، لنقل عدد من المعتقلين إلى احد سجون العاصمة"، مبينا "أن خمسة من قيادات جيش المهدي تمكنوا من الهروب أثناء عملية النقل". <br/>وتوقع المصدر"تورط جهات داخل المعتقل في تسهيل عملية هروب المعتقلين الخمسة".</p> <p><strong>احداث امنية في مناطق عدة من البلاد</strong> </p> <p>في محافظة صلاح الدين أصيب مدير ناحية العلم العقيد حسين سعد محيميد بعبوة لاصقة كانت مثبتة بسيارته انفجرت صباح الجمعة وسط الناحية الواقعة شرق تكريت كما أصيب مدنيان بانفجار عبوة لاصقة كانت مثبتة في سيارة نقيب في الشرطة لدى ترجله منها في سوق الجملة وسط تكريت من دون أن يصاب النقيب بأي أذى. <br/>وفي بغداد تضرر محل لبيع المشروبات الكحولية بانفجار عبوة ناسفة وضعت بالقرب من بوابة المحل الواقع في منطقة بغداد الجديدة شرق العاصمة من دون وقوع خسائر بشرية. <br/>كما اعتقلت قوة من لواء الرد السريع مسؤول مكتب المصالحة الوطنية لمناطق جنوب بغداد محمود الجنابي في منطقة اليوسفية وذكر مصدر أمني أن القوة داهمت مكتب الجنابي مساء الخميس واعتقلته من دون معرفة الأسباب. <br/>وفي محافظة ديالى أصيب ثلاثة مدنيين بانفجار عبوة ناسفة مساء الخميس بالقرب من محل لبيع الخضر في سوق ناحية بني السعد المركزي جنوب غرب بعقوبة. <br/>فيما اعتقلت قوة أمنية مشتركة عراقية أميركية مسؤول القائمة العراقية في ديالى محمد طه الهدلوش وأفاد مصدر أمني بأن القوة داهمت منزل الهدلوش بعد منتصف ليل الخميس في منطقة دور الزراعة شمال غرب بعقوبة واعتقلته من دون معرفة الأسباب. <br/>وفي كركوك أصيب عنصر من عناصر قوات حرس الحدود بجروح على يد مسلحين مجهولين اقتحموا صباح الجمعة منزله في منطقة الواسطي وسط كركوك وأطلقوا النار عليه في حين اعتقلت قوة مشتركة من الجيش والشرطة ضابطا برتبة فريق ركن في الجيش السابق وأحد أقربائه خلال عملية دهم وتفتيش نفذتها في حي الضباط جنوب كركوك وبين مصدر أمني أن المعتقلين متورطان بالتخطيط لهجمات مسلحة في المحافظة. <br/>أما في واسط فقد أبطلت قوة من وحدة مكافحة المتفجرات صباح الجمعة عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة بالقرب من مدرسة 14 من تموز في منطقة حي الهورة وسط الكوت. <br/>وفي نينوى تمكنت قوة أمنية من تحرير مواطنة اختطفت من قبل عناصر مسلحة في حي دوميز شرق الموصل. </p> </p></div> <p><font color="#800000"><strong>أخبار عالمية</strong></font></p> <p><b>وزارة الدولة لشؤون المصالحة تكشف عن ملتقى كبير لإلقاء السلاح</b></p> <p>كشفت وزارة الدولة لشؤون المصالحة الوطنية، أن ملتقى كبير لإلقاء السلاح لمختلف الفصائل المسلحة سيعقد خلال الأسبوعين المقبلين، لافتة الى "أن المصالحة الوطنية مفتوحة لجميع العراقيين، عدا حزب البعث المحظور وفق الدستور". <br/>وقال وزير الدولة لشؤون المصالحة الوطنية عامر الخزاعي" إن هناك ملتقى كبيرا لإلقاء الأسلحة لمختلف الفصائل المسلحة سيعقد، خلال الأسبوعين المقبلين"، مؤكدا " أن الملتقى سيختم تقريبا أمر الفصائل المسلحة في العراق". <br/>وأضاف الخزاعي" أن المصالحة الوطنية مفتوحة لجميع العراقيين ولا يمكن أن نعمل مصالحة خارج إطار الدستور"، مشيرا الى" أن الحوار لا يمكن أن يتم مع حزب البعث المحظور كحزب". <br/>وتابع الخزاعي" أن عودة البعثيين مرتبطة بقانون المساءلة والعدالة ومن الممكن أن يعودوا وفق هذا القانون كون الدستور حظر حزب البعث كفكر".</p> <p><strong>خبراء: السدود التركية الاثنان والعشرون ستحرم العراق وسوريا من نصف مياه الفرات تقريباً </strong></p> <p>يحذر خبراء ومختصون من أن يشهد العراق وسوريا كارثة مائية خلال السنوات القليلة القدمة إذا لم تعدل تركيا عن تنفيذ مشاريعها المائية الضخمة للاستفادة من مياه دجلة والفرات. <br/>وبهذا الصدد اعتبر مدير قسم المياه الدولية الأسبق في وزارة الخارجية العراقية ناجي حرج أن من أبرز المخاطر التي تتهدد العراق وسوريا شح المياه، وذلك بسبب المشروع المائي الكبير المسمى مشروع جنوب شرق الأناضول على مياه نهري دجلة والفرات. <br/>وأوضح في "تصريح صحافي"، على هامش مؤتمر (العرب وتركيا.. تحديات الحاضر ورهانات المستقبل) الذي انطلق، الأربعاء في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، أن المشروع المائي التركي المكون من 22 سداً مائياً والمشاريع الزراعية الأخرى ستستهلك 50% من مياه الفرات و20% من مياه دجلة ما يعني ذهاب كميات كبيرة من مياه العراق وسوريا لصالح تركيا.</p> <p><strong>محكمة تحقيق بعقوبة تفرج عن 427 موقوفاً خلال شهر نيسان </strong></p> <p>أفرجت محكمة تحقيق بعقوبة عن 427 موقوفا خلال شهر نيسان الماضي، وذلك بحسب إحصائيات أعدتها الجهات المختصة. <br/>واشار التقرير الاحصائي الذي اوردته رئاسة محكمة استئناف ديالى الاتحادية الى ان مجموع القضايا التي انجزت خلال شهر نيسان بلغ 880 قضية، حيث تم الافراج عن 427 موقوفا منهم 314 كانوا موقوفين وفق احكام قانون مكافحة الارهاب و113 كانوا موقوفين وفق احكام قانون العقوبات وبعض القوانين الجزائية الاخرى. <br/>واوضح انه تم احالة 453 موقوفا الى المحاكم المختصة منهم 306 متهمين بارتكاب جرائم خاضعة لاحكام قانون مكافحة <p><font color="#800000"><strong>الاخبار السياسية</strong></font></p> <p><b>التيار الصدري يرفض اتفاقية تسوية المطالبات بين بغداد وواشنطن</b></p> <p>اعلن القيادي في كتلة الاحرار المنضوية ضمن التحالف الوطني بهاء الاعرجي ان كتلته ترفض مشروع قانون تصديق اتفاقية تسوية المطالبات بين بغداد وواشنطن الذي تم إدراجه في جدول أعمال جلسة البرلمان اليوم السبت. <br/>وقال الأعرجي خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقده اليوم في مبنى البرلمان ببغداد "إن التيار الصدري يرفض مشروع قانون تصديق اتفاقية تسوية المطالبات بين حكومة جمهورية العراق والولايات المتحدة الأميركية". <br/>ولفت الأعرجي إلى "أن الاتفاقية تتضمن نصا واضحا وصريحا بشأن الدعاوى المرفوعة ضد العراق، يشمل الدعاوى المقامة منذ العام 1991 إضافة إلى دعاوى أخرى في حال المصادقة على الاتفاقية، ما يجعل أموال العراق غير محمية". <br/>واوضح الأعرجي "أن مجلس النواب لا يملك الحق في شطب وإلغاء الفقرات إنما في القبول أو الرفض".</p> <p><b>زيباري يقول ان شيعة البحرين هم عراقيو الهوى ويؤكد ضرورة انعقاد قمة بغداد في موعدها المحدد</b></p> <p>اكد وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري ،اليوم السبت، ان العراق متمسك بعقد القمة العربية المقررة في بغداد بموعدها المحدد،مشيراً الى ان شيعة البحرين هم عراقيو الهوى ويتبعون مرجعية النجف. <br/>وقال زيباري في مقابلة تلفزيونية "إن المعارضة في البحرين هم من ابناء البحرين وليسوا من ايران"،مبينا "ان وزارة الخارجية قامت باجراء اتصالات مع الجانب البحريني في حينها وأوضحت لهم الأمور، في محاولة لاحتواء هذا الموضوع". <br/>وبشان حقيقة دعم العراق للمعارضة في البحرين اشار زيباري الى "انه لا يمكن للعراق الجديد ان يدعم المعارضة ضد اي نظام"،موضحا "اننا منفتحون على عالمنا العربي كله كأولوية في سياستنا الخارجية وطالبنا بعودة العراق إلى محيطه العربي". <br/>واكد زيباري "تمسك العراق بعقد القمة العربية في بغداد بموعدها المحدد، ورفضه الدعوات التي اشارت إلى الغائها او تجميدها، بدعوى ما تشهده الحالة العربية من ثورات في عدد من البلدان".</p> <p><b>النائب صباح الساعدي يكشف عن مساع خلف الكواليس لتمديد البقاء الامريكي في العراق</b></p> <p>كشف النائب المستقل صباح الساعدي، اليوم السبت، عن جهود تبذل خلف الكواليس لتمديد بقاء القوات الأميركية في العراق، معلنا جمع تواقيع نواب من مختلف الكتل السياسية لتحديد نائب واحد لرئيس الجمهورية. <br/>وقال الساعدي خلال مؤتمر صحفي "إن هناك عملاً يجري في الخفاء لتمديد بقاء الجيش الأميركي في البلاد"، مطالباً الكتل السياسية بـ"موقف واضح وعلني تجاه هذا الموضوع". <br/>وأضاف الساعدي "أن اتفاقات سرية تعقد في غالبية القضايا التي تجري على الساحة السياسية"، مؤكداً "أنها مرفوضة رفضا قاطعا".</p> <p><strong><span انفجار عبوة ناسفة جنوب مدينة بعقوبة مركز محافظة ديالى واكد مصدر امني ان العبوة الناسفة التي انفجرت بالقرب من محل لبيع الهواتف النقالة,</p> <p>في منطقة التحرير جنوب بعقوبة اسفرت عن اصابة مدني واحد عناصر الشرطة بجروح مختلفة نقلا على اثرها الى المستشفى القريب لتلقي العلاج اللازم.</p> <p><strong>تدمير آلية تابعة لقوات الاحتلال في الفلوجة </strong></p> <p>تعرضت دورية تابعة للاحتلال الأمريكي اليوم السبت لانفجار عبوة ناسفة ما أدى الى تدميرها وإصابة من كان فيها في مدينة الفلوجة كبرى مدن الانبار.</p> <p>حسبما ذكرت الأنباء الصحفية الواردة من هناك . ولم يبين المصدر أي تفاصيل اخرى بشان الحادث.</p> <p><strong>إصابة جنديين حكوميين وشخصين بانفجار عبوة ناسفة شرق الموصل </strong></p> <p>أصيب جنديان حكوميان وشخصان من المارة بانفجار عبوة ناسفة اليوم  قرب مسجد شرق الموصل مركز محافظة نينوى.</p> <p>وأفاد مصدر مطلع إن جنديين عراقيين واثنين من المصلين اصيبا بانفجار عبوة ناسفة قرب  أحد الجوامع في حي المثنى شرق الموصل.وأضاف المصدر إن سيارة الإسعاف نقلت المصابين إلى المستشفى القريب فيما طوقت قوة أمنية مكان الحادث .</p> <p><strong>اصابة شخص بانفجار في محافظة التاميم </strong></p> <p>اصيب احد الاشخاص بجروح بليغة اليوم السبت  اثر تعرضه لانفجار عبوة ناسفة في محافظة التاميم.واكدت المصادر ان عبوة من النوع اللاصق كانت مثبتة باحدى السيارات انفجرت ما ادى الى اصابة احد الاشخاص بجروح</p> <p>خطيرة بالاضافة الى تضرر السيارة ومكان الحادث وسط مدينة كركوك مركز محافظة التاميم.واضافت الوكالات ان المصاب نقل الى المستشفى القريب لتلقي العلاج اللازم بعد ان طوقت قوة امنية مكان الحادث ومنعت الاقتراب منه.</p> <p><strong>أستشهاد ثلاثة مدنيين وإصابة ستة آخرين بأنفجار عبوة ناسفة في مدينة الثورة </strong></p> <p>أستشهد ثلاثة مدنيين وأصيب ستة أشخاص آخرين في انفجار عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة على جانب الطريق العام في مدينة الثورة في العاصمة العراقية بغداد. وقال مصدر أمني مطلع "ان عبوة ناسفه أنفجرت مساء يوم امس الجمعة في منطقة الثورة قطاع 68 في بغداد". وأضاف المصدر "ان العبوة كانت مزروعة في حاوية للنفايات وأسفرت  أستشهاد ثلاثة مدنيين وإصابة ستة آخرين". وأشار المصدر الأمني إلى أنه حدث أنفجار أول في الحاوية نتج عنها عدد من الإصابات وعند تجمع المواطنين في مكان الحادث أنفجرت العبوة الثانية وهو ما أدى لوقوع شهداء وتزايد أعداد الجرحى. واوضح المصدر ان قوة حكومية شنت حملة دهم وتفتيش في مدينة الثورة اعتقلت خلالها اثنين من االمشتبه بتورطهم بعملية التفجير. </p> <p><strong>العثور على جثة شاب شمال الكوت</strong> </p> <p>واسط-افاد مصدر في مشرحة الطب العدلي بواسط ان المشرحة تسلمت جثة شاب عثر عليه مرميا بالعراء شمال الكوت وعليها اثار طلقات نارية. واوضح المصدر ان مشرحة الطب العدلي في مستشفى الزهراء ,</p> <p>بالكوت تسلمت جثة شاب عثر عليه من قبل مفارز الشرطة الحكومية مرميا بالعراء في ناحية الدبوني (75 كم) شمال مدينة الكوت واضاف ان الجثة بانت عليها اثار ثلاث اطلاقات نارية في منطقة الرأس والصدر ولم يذكر المصدر المزيد من التفاصيل.</p> <p><strong>اغتيال أحد أفراد شرطة بغداد بسلاح كاتم للصوت </strong></p> <p>أستشهد  احد عناصر الشرطة الحكومية اليوم السبت ، عندما اطلق النار عليه مجهولين في العاصمة بغداد . وقال المصدر " ان مسلحين مجهولين اطلقوا النار من مسدسات كاتمة </p> <p>للصوت على احد افراد الشرطة في احدى مناطق جنوب بغداد ما ادى الى استشهاده في الحال ".واشارات الانباء الى " ان قوة امنية طوقت مكان الحادث ونقلت جثة ألشهيد الى دائرة الطب العدلي .</p> <p><b>نجاة مدير مكافحة الارهاب في الكاظمية من محاولة اغتيال غربي بغداد</b></p> <p>نجا مدير مكتب مكافحة الارهاب في مدينة الكاظمية من محاولة اغتيال بتفجير عبوة ناسفة استهدفت موكبه غربي بغداد اليوم السبت. <br/>واوضح مصدر امني "ان عبوة ناسفة استهدف ،اليوم، موكب مدير مكتب مكافحة الارهاب في الكاظمية لدى مروره في منطقة الوشاش غربي بغداد ، من دون ان يصاب بأذى". <br/>المصدر اشار الى "ان جنديا ومدنيا اصيبا بجروح اثر انفجار العبوة الناسفة".</p> <p><strong>استشهاد جندي بنيران قنّاص شمال بعقوبة </strong></p> <p>افاد مصدر أمني إن جندياً استشهد وأصيب اخر بجروح بنيران قناص شمالي مدينة بعقوبة مركز المحافظة. وأوضح المصدر أن قنّاصا أطلق النار على برج للمراقبة في الطريق الرابط بين محافظتي ديالى وكركوك ,</p> <p>في ناحية العظيم التابعة لقضاء الخالص ما أسفر عن استشهاد جندي من الفرقة الخامسة في الجيش الحكومي وإصابة آخر بجروح وأضاف المصدر أن قوة امنية نقلت الجثة الى دائرة الطب العدلي.</p> <p><strong>وفاة احد المعتقلين الأبرياء في الرمادي </strong></p> <p>توفي احد معتقلي السجون الحكومية بعد تعرضه للتعذيب الشديد من قبل الحراس المسؤولين عن السجن الذين زعموا بأنه مات بعد ان أقدم على شنق نفسه داخل زنزانته في مدينة الرمادي مركز محافظة الانبار.</p> <p>وقال مصدر حكومي إن احد السجناء أقدم على شنق نفسه في زنزانته في سجن التسفيرات الذي يقع وسط مدينة الرمادي وهو أحد المطلوبين للأجهزة الأمنية وقد تم اعتقاله وفق المادة 4 إرهاب وأضاف المصدر ان جثة المعتقل تم نقلها الى دائرة الطب العدلي في مستشفى الرمادي العام لأجراء اللازم بشأنها وتسليمها الى ذويها .</p> <p><strong>اضراب سجناء معتقلات التاجي عن الطعام مطالبين بتحسين المعاملة داخل السجن </strong></p> <p>قال احد السجناء في معتقلات التاجي السابعة ان السجناء اعلنوا اضرابا عن الطعام اليوم بسبب سوء المعاملة التي يتلقونها من حماية السجن واضاف ان قوات الطوارئ المسؤولة َعن حماية معتقلات التاجي السابعة تعذب المعتقلين باستخدام السكاكين <br/>والالات الجارحة وقال ان السجناء يناشدون الجهاتِ المعنيةَ لوقف عمليات التعذيب ومحاسبة ِالمسؤولين عن الاساءة المفرطة للسجناء .هذا وشهدت السجون العراقية مؤخرا سلسة من الاضرابات عن الطعام والاعتصامات للمطالبة بتحسين الاوضاع داخل السجون .</p> <p><strong>وفاة اربعة معتقلين بمرض التدرن وارتفاع عدد المصابين بمعتقل بادوش </strong></p> <p>اعلنت مصادر صحية في نينوى عن وفاة أربعة معتقلين وارتفاع عدد الإصابات بمرض التدرن الرئوي في صفوف سجناء بمعتقل بادوش غرب مدينة الموصل يأتي هذا التطور بعد يوم واحد من إعلان السلطات ,</p> <p>المحلية في نينوى عن إرجاع نحو الف وستة وسبعين معتقلا كانوا معتقلين بسجون العاصمة العراقية بغداد بعد موافقة القضاء العراقي على ذلك .</p> <h3><font color="#800000">اخبار متفرقة من العراق</font></h3> <p><strong>عراك بالأيدي خلال لقاء حواري مباشر على فضائية عراقية </strong></p> <p>اشتبك ضيفا برنامج عراقي بالأيدي، وتبادلا اللكمات على الهواء مباشرة، خلال برنامج على قناة فضائية عراقية، إثر هجوم أحدهما على الرئيس الراحل صدام حسين، وهو ما لم يرق للآخر فسارع بتوجيه لكمة قوية له. وتحول برنامج "الديمقراطية"؛ الذي تبثه قناة المستقلة، إلى عراك بالأيدي على الهواء، وتحول الاستوديو الى "حلبة مصارعة"، قبل أن يتبادل الضيفان السباب بعبارات نابية. وزاد من حدة الأزمة أن مقدم البرنامج كان يجلس بعيدا عن الضيفين، فلم يستطع الوصول إليهما بالسرعة المطلوبة للفصل بينهما، كما لم تقم الفضائية بقطع الإرسال، بل ظل صوت العراك مسموعا من الكواليس لدقائق قبل وقف البرنامج. وكانت الحلقة تتحدث عن تطورات الساحة السياسية بالعراق، واختلف الضيفان في الطرح، بعد أن تم التطرق للرئيس العراقي السابق صدام حسين ونعته بأوصاف غير مقبولة، الأمر الذي أغضب الضيف الآخر، ما دعاه لتوجيه لكمة تطور الوضع بعدها إلى عراك داخل الأستديو.</p> </p></div>
