התנועה ומוסדותיה.</p> <p>המרכז פועל לאור ערכי היהדות הרפורמית למען 'תיקון עולם', צדק חברתי, מימוש ערכי שוויון, כבוד האדם וערבות הדדית, ושואף לצמצום פערים ולהעצמת אוכלוסיות מוחלשות מכל גווניה של החברה בקהילות התנועה תוך העמקת הזיקה שבין זהות ואורח חיים יהודי ואחריות חברתית.</p> <p>נכון להיום כבר קיימות תכניות ויוזמות רבות ומגוונות בקרב קהילות התנועה בתחומי 'תיקון עולם', חלקן פועלות באופן עצמאי תוך שותפות עם ארגונים עמיתים ואוכלוסיות במרחב העירוני בו הקהילה פועלת, וזאת ברמות שונות של מעורבות חברתית.</p> <p>קהילות ומוסדות החינוך התנועתיים שותפות מלאות בתוכניות השנתיות, מסורתיות של 'קרן בכבוד': חגי תשרי, קמפיין גיוס תרומות ארצי – קמחא דפסחא, תרומתנה, תכנית 'מאירים פינות חשוכות' סיוע במצבי חירום.</p> <p>קרן בכבוד פועלת להעמקה, פיתוח ויישום תכניות למימוש אחריות חברתית, ערכי כבוד האדם ושוויון במרחב הקהילתי, מתוך אמונה שכל חבר/חברת קהילה יכולים להיטיב ולתרום לאחר – כל אחד אחת בדרכו/ה.</p> <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="487" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></noscript></figure> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">תכנית 'שכנים', תוכנית קיום משותף</h3> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">"ואהבת לרעך כמוך" (ויקרא יט', יח')</h4> <p>מאז הקמתה, מתמודדת מדינת ישראל עם המתח בין שאיפתה להוות בית לעם היהודי, לבין מחויבותה לערכים דמוקרטיים אוניברסליים. (אחד האתגרים הגדולים בהקשר זה הוא הגישה כלפי אזרחי ישראל הערבים, המהווים את המיעוט האתני-תרבותי הגדול ביותר.) נסיבות פוליטיות והיסטוריות גרמו לכך שקיים מתח רב בין הרוב היהודי במדינה לבין המיעוט הערבי. חשדנות ואי-אמון בין הקבוצות, וכן  מצב של אי-שוויון מתמשך הביאו לניכור, תסכול ותחושות קשות בשני הצדדים. </p> <p>התנועה ליהדות רפורמית פועלת לאור הערך היהודי של 'תיקון עולם', מחויבת לטיפוח סובלנות דתית ותרבותית ולהבטחת שוויון לכל אזרחי ישראל. התנועה הרפורמית בישראל פועלת לקידום חברה משותפת, מתוך אמונה, שכל בני האדם נבראו בצלם אלוהים, כבוד לתרבויות ולדתות שונות, תוך מאבק בגזענות הפושה בחברה הישראלית.</p> <p>תכנית 'שכנים' פועלת ליצירת מפגש ושיח פורה ומכבד בין משפחות ויחידים, אזרחים יהודים וערבים התכנית שואפת לצמצם את הזרות בין המגזרים, ולבנות בסיס משותף להכרות, לחברות, ולחיים משותפים (כשהדגש על בניית קשרים אותנטיים וחווית יחד).</p> <p>התכנית מפגישה משפחות יהודיות מקהילות רפורמיות ברחבי הארץ עם משפחות ערביות מקהילות שכנות לסדרת מפגשים המובנית ומונחית בקו, מנחים יהודים וערבים.</p> <p>קרן בכבוד יוזמת ומלווה את הטמעת התכנית ברחבי הארץ בשיתוף ובהובלת מנהיגות מתנדבת של הקהילות השותפות בתכנית.</p> <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" width="1024" <h3 class="wp-block-heading">תכנית 'מעגלי נשים', פיתוח מיומנויות וכישורי חיים</h3> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">בְּכָל-עֵת אֹהֵב הָרֵעַ וְאָח לְצָרָה יִוָּלֵד" (משלי, יז', יז')</h4> <p>ייעודה המרכזי של תכנית 'מעגלי נשים' – הקמת קבוצות קהילתיות לנשים המתמודדות עם מציאות חיים מורכבת. הקבוצות מאפשרות לנשים לעבור תהליך צמיחה אישי וקהילתי, חיזוק והכרה במסוגלות האישית ובמשאבים הרוחניים שלהן, תוך לימוד ופיתוח מיומנויות וכישורי חיים.</p> <p>הקבוצה מהווה עבור הנשים מעגל להקשבה, לתמיכה הדדית ולמזור. מקום המאפשר עיסוק בשאלות של משמעות החיים לאור שינויים במעגל החיים וחוסן במצבי משבר. הלימוד במפגשים מתקיים באמצעות טקסטים יהודיים, שירה עברית ומקורות ספרותיים מגוונים, ובנוסף מפגש עם מרצים מתחומי דעת שונים וסדנאות סביב החגים.</p> <figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img decoding="async"
