class="entry"> <div dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>في الحدود المشتركة ما بين العراق والكويت والمملكة العربية السعودية أو كما يسمونها (مثلث الشيطان البري) لكثرة وجود مهربين للمخدرات هناك، تجمع عدد من الشباب يعرفون تحت مسمى (الحمالة) في بيت بدوي (بيت شعر) وهم رجال يعرفون مسالك الصحراء ويحملون على ظهورهم كميات من المواد المخدرة. ويتوسط المجموعة رجل في العقد الخامس من عمره وقد بدا ذا باع طويل بتهريب المخدرات، وبعد محاولات كثيرة وافق على التحدث لـ«الشرق الأوسط» عن أسرار تلك التجارة التي تنامت وبشكل كبير في جنوب العراق بعد الغزو الأميركي عام 2003. </p> <p>الرجل لم يوافق على نشر اسمه وطلب الاكتفاء بنشر أحرف اسمه الأولى (ز.ج)، وقال عن تلك التجارة غير المشروعة إن «تلك التجارة كانت رائجة سابقا وخصوصا مع وجود دعم لتصديرها من مناطق آسيا الوسطى إلى الشرق الأوسط، فقد كانت الحكومة العراقية قبل الغزو الأميركي في مارس (آذار) 2003 تتغاضى عنا في أحيان كثيرة، إذ لم تكن هناك أسواق في العراق لتلك التجارة وإنما كنا نذهب بها إلى المملكة العربية السعودية أو الكويت فقد كان هناك السوق الكبرى لها». </p> <p>وأضاف (ز.ج) أنه «في الوقت الحالي وخصوصا بعد الانفلات الأمني الذي حصل في العراق بين 2004 و2007 وكثرة البطالة وحتى الرفاء الاجتماعي الذي شهدته بعض عوائل مدن جنوب العراق جعل السوق داخلية، فبعد أن كان العراق مجرد معبر لتلك المخدرات أصبح اليوم من ضحاياها»، مبينا أن «كل من كان يعمل بها لم يتوقع في يوم من الأيام أن مدن جنوب العراق تباع بها تلك السموم». </p> <p>وتابع قائلا: «وفي الوقت الحالي أصبح التهريب إلى دول الجوار تجارة خاسرة بسبب زيادة القوى الأمنية في مناطق الحدود لذا أصبحت سوقها داخلية». </p> <p>وحول أسعار تلك المواد يقول: «إن كيلو الحشيش يباع في مدينة الناصرية مثلا بـ13000000 دينار عراقي أي ما يعادل 11000 دولار أميركي وسعر سيجارة الحشيش 1.50 دولار أميركي وهذا السعر يناسب أغلب شباب مدن جنوب العراق». </p> <p>وعند السؤال عن مسالك وطرق دخولها إلى العراق، قال المهرب: «لا أقدر أن أفشي أسراري، لكن هناك أساليب قديمة مثلا كنا نضعها في توابيت الموتى أو في ملابس النساء ومن المعروف في الجنوب أن أهل تلك المناطق يحترمون جثمان الميت وحياء المرأة فتسلك تلك المواد طريقها دون الخوف من نقاط التفتيش المنتشرة بين مناطق جنوب العراق وهناك طرق أخرى مشابهة لطرق دخول أسلحة الجماعات المسلحة إلى العراق». </p> <p>وتعد محافظة ذي قار وخاصة مركزها الناصرية، من أكثر محافظات جنوب العراق تحسبا لخطورة تلك الظاهرة، بحسب المسؤولين فيها، وزعم مدير شرطة محافظة ذي قار اللواء الركن صباح الفتلاوي في تصريحات صحافية أن «الأجهزة الأمنية في شرطة المحافظة قسم مكافحة المخدرات تمارس دورها المتواصل في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة في جميع المناطق وخلال الـ7 سنوات الماضية ألقت القبض على 200 مدمن ومتعاط للمخدرات في مناطق مختلفة، إذ تمت محاكمة عدد من المتاجرين بالمخدرات بعقوبات تراوحت ما بين 25 عاما إلى شهر واحد» من جانبه، طالب الدكتور أحمد حسن حسين اختصاصي الأمراض النفسية والعصبية في مستشفى الحسين التعليمي بمدينة الناصرية، خلال ندوة أقيمت مؤخرا في المدينة، الحكومة المحلية في ذي قار ومجلس المحافظة، بالسعي الجاد لإنشاء مستشفى لمعالجة مدمني ومتعاطي المخدرات، مبينا أن «حالات إدمان المخدرات لا يمكن معالجتها بالطرق البسيطة في المستشفيات العادية وأن عملية المعالجة تتم بمرحلتين وتحتاج إلى مستشفيات متخصصة فقط لمعالجة هذا النوع من الأمراض». </p> <p>وأشار الدكتور حسين إلى أن العيادات الطبية تشهد أسبوعيا مراجعة ما بين 20 و25 مدمنا للمخدرات، وأن هناك نقصا كبيرا في المعلومات وأرقام المتعاطين، فنحن نعتمد على معلومات ثانوية غير دقيقة لأن تعاطي المخدرات ما زال يمثل عارا في المجتمع العراقي. </p> <p>إدمان المخدرات لم يلاق اهتماما إعلاميا أو صحيا، بحسب رئيسة لجنة الصحة والبيئة بمجلس محافظة ذي قار، حميدة علي جابر، وبينت أن «أوقات الفراغ لدى الشباب وغياب المؤسسات التي تعنى بشؤونهم فتحا باب الإدمان أمامهم وعلى مصراعيه»، وأضافت أن «الأمر وصل وبحسب معلومات وصلت إلينا بوجود طالبات مدارس تتعاطى الحبوب المخدرة التي أصبحت
