mental health during and after pregnancy. PRISM study participants will learn ways to improve sleep in 6 weekly sessions, complete surveys and interviews during and after pregnancy, and receive payment for completing surveys and interviews. Lemborexant, an FDA approved insomnia medication, is a hypocretin/orexin antagonist. For this reason, we are interested in whether this medicine will be effective in helping shift workers sleep during the day. This study is broken into two parts: a 3-week placebo-controlled treatment phase and an optional 2-week open-label phase. For most people, participation takes less than three hours per year.
