style='color:#3861ab'>国产铁精粉</a>市场价格涨跌互现。矿山方面河北唐山、山西代县、内蒙古固阳多数矿山仍未复产，春节假期期间其他区域矿山开工率下降，随着钢厂节前补库完成，整体资源需求减少，除个别矿选企业节间维持正常生产，按订单出货，多数企业停产放假，暂停报价，进入休市状态，矿山调价多以山东区域长协价格为主，其余企业多待节后生产，库存较少。部分矿选企业对节后钢厂有预期补库，谨慎观望节后市场。</p> <p>为更好的反馈春节假期家铁矿石产业链中各环节生产变化情况，Mysteel对铁矿石产业链各环节相关的88家实体企业进行了春节期间运行状态的调研，其中钢厂37家，港口11家，贸易商16家，国内矿山24家，其调研结果如下：</p> <p><strong>1. </strong><strong>钢厂</strong></p> <p>春节期间，95%以上的钢厂生产保持稳定状态，仅个别钢厂因季节性原因进行检修；生产稳定的同时，因春节休市的影响，所有调研钢厂均未进行港口现货的采购，导致钢厂库存大幅下降，<strong>因此Mysteel明天公布的247家钢厂进口铁矿石库存与节前相比预计将下降800-1000万吨</strong>；另外，库存下降导致<strong>80%的现货采购为主的钢厂都有节后补库计划，但由于地域及节前补库量的差异，节后每家钢厂的补库量也不相同，大约在2~5天不等，补库时间主要在下周；</strong></p> <p><strong>2</strong><strong>. 港口</strong></p> <p>较节前相比，超50%的港口库存出现累库，30%的港口库存基本持稳，余下港口库存小幅去库；库存增加主要是由于春节期间港口到港量整体处于高位水平，但由于天气原因以及春节放假的影响，港口作业效率出现明显下滑，其中疏港影响程度要大于港口卸货的程度，因此<strong>预计My</strong><strong>steel</strong>明天公布的<strong>全国4</strong><strong>7</strong><strong>港口进口铁矿石库存将增加3</strong><strong>00</strong><strong>万吨左右；</strong></p> <p>较节前相比，大贸易商由于只到货不出货的原因，其库存出现累库的现象，而对于中小型贸易商由于春节期间未在港口进行买卖交易，导致库存与节前持平，整体来看贸易商累库幅度小于去年水平，仅个别贸易商累库幅度高于去年同期水平；从品种来看，<strong>超过5</strong><strong>0</strong><strong>%的贸易商对低品<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/price/p-10457-031104-1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>粉矿</a>比较看好，仅两家贸易商看好块矿，余下几家主要看好M</strong><strong>NPJ</strong><strong>市场，没有一家钢厂看好高品粉矿；</strong></p> <p><strong>4. </strong><strong>国内矿山</strong></p> <p>春节期间，<strong>国内矿山生产出现小幅回落</strong>，<strong>调研企业中9家矿企有所减产，仅2家矿企增产，余下基本持平</strong>，减产企业主要是由于个别小矿山春节放假造成的短期影响，节后产量将迅速恢复，同时<strong>较去年同期相比国企和大型民营企业产量有所增加，小型民企基本持稳；</strong>库存方面，由于矿山出库受运输影响，导致<strong>80%的企业库存处于小幅增加的状态</strong>，仅20%的企业由于假期间生产基本处于全停状态，其生产影响明显大于运输影响，导致其库存出现下滑<strong> 。</strong></p> <p><strong>除了实体企业的运行状态之外，我们也对这些钢厂、贸易商、国内矿山对节后两周的铁矿石市场走势看法进行了调研，调研样本总数77家，其观点如下：</strong></p> <p align="left">整体来看，<strong>61%的企业对节后持乐观看法，35%的企业对节后持悲观态度</strong>，仅4%的企业节后看震荡；看涨的企业中，主要为贸易商群体，<strong>87%的贸易商都比较看好节后市场</strong>，钢厂和国内矿山群体中，看涨的企业占比均为55%附近；看跌的企业主要为钢厂群体，<strong>46%的钢厂对节后持悲观态度</strong>，矿山群体和贸易商群体持悲观态度的群体分布占比分别为33%和13%。</p> <p align="left"><strong>分地区来看：</strong></p> <p align="left"><strong>天津+邯邢：</strong>港口方面，节中港口到货量较少，疏港下降，由于人员放假紧缺导致卸货入库效率较慢，库存小幅增加。钢厂方面，节中钢厂高炉检修较少，目前只了解到一座1080高炉年底例行检修，其他暂无复产或检修，钢厂节中都未采购现货，库存下降明显，部分钢厂由于海飘到港，库存小幅波动，据了解，钢厂节后补库意愿较强，部分节前库存较高的钢厂可能会到2月底进行补库，补库品种多以<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/price/p-10481--1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>PB粉</a>、混合粉、<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/price/p-10485--1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>卡粉</a>为主。贸易商方面，春节期间现货基本没动，库存相比去年偏低，节后钢厂因为季节性原因普遍亏损情况下可能会拉涨钢材价格，预计铁矿石也会跟随成材波动；</p> <p align="left"><strong>唐山：</strong>春节期间，唐山两港库存延续累库趋势，但因大风天气影响船只靠泊及装卸工作，库存增加幅度较小；贸易商节中并未进行贸易活动，部分贸易商节后有船货即将到港落地；多数钢厂保持正常生产节奏，消耗库存，节中没有采购补库行为，据了解目前多数钢厂库存仍可以维持5-7天或以上，节后回来虽有补库需求，但采购量并不大；因节中掉期呈上涨趋势，加之市场对于钢厂节后归来的补库预期，对矿价形成支撑，大部分市场参与者对节后铁矿石市场持看涨态度；</p> <p align="left"><strong>华东：</strong>春节期间，山东到港量维持高位，节中并未受到天气因素影响发运，且卸货效率维持正常水平，港口库存小幅增加；贸易端现货基本没有存在买卖动作，少数贸易商存在船货发出的情况，基本库存量增幅不会太明显，依照往年库存变化幅度并不大；钢厂端多数钢企除计划内检修高炉外，基本是维持正常生产状态，由于在假期前补库基本补的比较富余，据了解区域内<a align="left"><strong>南方</strong>：港口方面，春节期间南方港口整体小幅去库，港口卸货效率没有影响，部分港口到港量有所增加；钢厂方面，春节期间正常生产，仅有一家钢厂存在新增检修计划，节假日没有现货采购，节后均需要补充一部分库存，补库量不大，按需补库，节后第一周多数钢厂先观望，钢厂集中在节后第二周考虑拿现货，补库的品种方面以PB粉和低品资源居多。从调研钢厂的观点来看，半数钢厂认为节后价格偏强一些，主要是钢厂节后刚需补库，叠加节前价格已经有一定幅度的回落，价格跌不下去，有一定程度上涨；其他调研的钢厂认为，节后钢厂盈利没有改善，需求不行，看弱一些。贸易商方面，春节期间没有出货，市场很平静，没有听说出货情况，部分贸易商认为目前贸易的资源偏紧，加上钢厂的刚需补库，看强一点。</p> <p><strong>三、春节期间新闻事件回顾</strong></p> <p align="left">1. 2月13日，印度金达尔钢铁公司 (Jindal Steel & Power)计划在南非斥资20亿美元的铁矿石项目，因环境影响评估存在漏洞，南非矿产资源和能源部拒绝向其颁发施工许可证。据悉，该铁矿石项目位于南非梅尔莫斯（Melmoth），若投产该项目或将成为南非第二大铁矿，年产<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/article/p-458-------------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>原矿</a>磁铁矿3200万吨，可加工成铁精矿700万吨。目前金达尔表示已确认将对该决定提出上诉。据悉，该矿床距离理查兹湾港口（Richards Bay）约 70 公里，投产后预计将运送到该公司位于阿曼或印度的钢厂使用。金达尔表示预计将于 2024 年获得采矿许可证。</p> <p align="left">2. 2月15日，澳大利亚矿业和能源联盟（Mining and Energy Union，简称MEU）官方发布公告称必和必拓BHP已与铁矿石司机达成原则性协议并取消劳工行动。该公告表示，经过谈判，新协议就薪酬变化等条件双方达成一致。因此，原定于2月16日星期五开始的火车司机罢工计划被成功撤回。</p> <p align="left">3. 2月14日，印度国有铁矿石生产商NMDC公司发布2024财年三季度（自然年2023年10月-12月）产销报告，其铁矿石总产量为1222万吨，环比增长38%，同比增长15%；铁矿石总销量为1139万吨，环比增长19%，同比增长19%。</p> <p align="left">4. 2月15日，中信泰富矿业公司（CITIC Pacific Mining）在官网发布公告称其Sino Iron 磁铁矿项目Cape Preston精粉产量将下调年度生产目标，由2023年2100万吨减少至2024年1400万吨。其中主要原因是矿坑达到此前批准的占地面积，采矿活动受到限制；目前中信实体对矿权所有人Mineralogy提起了法律诉讼，旨在迫使Minerallogy向国家提交提案，使其能够在过渡期内继续运营，并恢复到2023年的生产水平。此外中信还向法院提交新项目提案，若新提案得不到批准，该项目或将受到限制并被迫暂停运营。</p> <p align="left">5. 2月13日，铁矿石生产商力拓（Rio Tinto）表示其一列空载的自动驾驶列车于2月11日在距离西澳大利亚丹皮尔港约120公里处脱轨，事故涉及约38节自动驾驶列车，无人受伤。然而，脱轨发生在双轨路段，列车可以继续在该地区运行，因此该事故造成的干扰预计较小。</p> <p align="left"><strong>四、部分调研附录</strong></p> <p><strong>贸易商A</strong>：年后对PB粉和SP10粉还是比较看好的，多数的钢厂应该节后应该需要稍微补货，这可能对于价格有一定出支撑作用。</p> <p><strong>贸易商B</strong>：假期内基本上是没看到什么市场流动性，手里面还有一些较晚到港的资源，所以开班了会先紧着这些货销售。掉期的变化应该是因为外资觉得我们假期要结束，钢厂后面会开始看货所以先推起来，实际钢厂补美元货能不能一开班就开始采还要等等看，但对于节后的预期还是会偏好一些；品种上会以熟悉的折扣品种资源为主。</p> <p><strong>贸易商C</strong>：假期内没什么市场动态，节前了解的厂子货都备足了，所以也没需求。节后的话估计厂子会看货，但是主要还是盯着厂子的库存变化，有些可能从现货上补一些就可以不用特别去找船货，有些是要看一下3月的美金资源。节后短期内会强点，但看春节前补货时候价格的变化也是相对温和，所以节后即便有需求估计对于价格的推动影响也很有限。</p> <p><strong>贸易商 D：</strong>假期基本上都是处于休息或者旅游的状态，熟悉的客户中都是没有操作。节后应该是有一波需求会出现，因为不仅是钢厂补货，节前有些贸易商也清了自己手中的库存估计节后也会看一些合适的资源。品种上主要还是会以两拓的货物为主。</p> <p><strong>贸易商E：</strong>假期没有什么市场动态，估计都准备节后回来再看看情况，新加坡那边看也是没什么操作，节后回来主要是考虑出一些3月装期的资源了。另外，就是看看远期的球团在节后能不能有点起色</p> <p><strong>贸易商F: </strong>假期内是没什么操作的，节前剩下的货物也都还在，也不用太着急因为节后会有一些需求出现的。掉期上的话也没看到新加坡那边有什么动静，都是处于休息的状态。</p> <p><strong>钢厂A</strong>：厂子基本上就是按部就班，暂时是没有什么买货需求，长协运行也都一切正常，真要有什么需求就看开班后的具体情况。</p> <p><strong>钢厂B</strong>：对于主流品种的把握不大，目前主要就是看一下三月份的长协情况；如果市场上有额外的多余的转售长协可能会考虑接一些贸易；品种上主要就是关注流动性较好的一些粗粉资源。至于节后市场预期，短期内还是会偏强一些。</p> <p><strong>钢厂C：</strong>实货在假期是没留意到什么贸易的，开班后厂子会定一下需求就会开始采船货，主要就是常用的几个品种<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/price/p-10483--1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>金布巴</a>、<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/price/p-10482--1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>麦克粉</a>和印粉那些的。节后短期内应该是会偏强一些的，因为厂子都会开始看资源，可能会推涨情绪。</p> <p><strong>钢厂D</strong>：假期就是没有什么操作，节前货都备足了，节后就是要看一些3月的非主流资源，品种上和之前一样以性价比为优选，毕竟成本上的把控要延续。</p> <p><strong>钢厂E：</strong>假期内的市场是较冷清的，暂时没有什么操作，节后准备去看一些3月装期的非主流资源比如南非货物，对节后其他的资源的需求暂时还不确定，因为可能会选择从港口采。</p> <p><strong>钢厂F：</strong>假期内没有什么采货需求的，主要就是关注到了澳洲矿山的一些事故但目前看下来对于供应的影响不大的。而对于市场的预期的我们是偏稳的，虽然节后的补库对于价格有一些支撑，但是还要看对于钢厂利润的预期的，会对矿价形成一些的压力的。品种上PB粉还是中坚力量，折扣矿的需求会延续应该，毕竟厂子的降本压力都是比较大，至于采货的就是上班后看下厂子的库存然后确定细节。</p>
