height="22">用硅溶胶粘结剂在ZTA(氧化锆増韧氧化铝)陶瓷颗粒表面均匀附着Ni粉后与高锰钢粉混合压制成形,通过烧结工艺制备实心预制体,并浇注高锰钢液制备ZTA陶瓷颗粒增强高锰钢基复合材料。通过OM、SEM、XRD等分析手段分析预制体和复合材料的组织形貌及界面扩散行为。结果表明,高锰钢添加15%Ni后金属与陶瓷之间的润湿角θ由104.7°降低至46.5°,界面状态从不润湿变成润湿。Ni与Fe互溶形成FeNi固溶体,降低了Fe的表面能,Fe、Mn、Ni向陶瓷中扩散。随着预制体中Ni含量的提高,预制体基体组织和界面缺陷明显减少,硬度显著提高,15%Ni预制体基体硬度较无Ni预制体提高了30.3%。Ni改性ZTA增强高锰钢基复合材料的三体耐磨性远优于普通高锰钢,提高幅度为170%。</td> Methods)开发的理论模拟对研究铝合金材料铸造成形有重要意义。采用理论模拟研究ZL205A铝合金筒体铸件低压铸造、重力铸造工艺,根据对应工艺获得铸件的实际质量,确定适合产品的理想工艺。研究结果表明,采用浇注系统截面比1:4:5开放式重力浇注工艺,产品外观荧光检查、内部X光探伤检查均满足产品技术需求,且工艺出品率达到55%以上。</td> </tr> <tr> <td></td>
