This approach not only saves time but also opens up new creative possibilities for icon design, especially when you need something truly unique that’s difficult to find in stock libraries.</p><p id="580a" class="pw-post-body-paragraph nk nl gu nm b hs nn no np hv nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">Using Midjourney for this task adds significant value when creating icons to represent abstract concepts — those ideas without a readily available visual representation. I’ve found that the process is both repeatable and reliable, consistently delivering results that fit quickly into my design workflow.</p><p id="4fac" class="pw-post-body-paragraph nk nl gu nm b hs nn no np hv nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">Before diving in, it’s crucial to emphasize the importance of ethical design practices. Always ensure that any reference material you use is either open-source or properly licensed. Pick up a few clues here to craft your prompt.</p><h1 id="1440" class="og oh gu bf oi oj ok hu ol om on hx oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb bk">Step 3: Craft a broad, non-prescriptive prompt</h1><p id="40a1" class="pw-post-body-paragraph nk nl gu nm b hs pc no np hv pd nr ns nt pe nv nw nx pf nz oa ob pg od oe of gn bk">Next, I wanted to create an icon for “<strong class="nm gv">SYNERGY</strong>,” an abstract concept with no obvious visual counterpart. For the first attempt, I crafted a broad, non-prescriptive prompt to let Midjourney explore the concept freely, picking up a few clues from the<strong class="nm gv"> /describe command</strong>.
