以前から気になっていたものの、お初の来訪です。１１時の開店前にお店に着いたので、お店の外で少し待っていたら、店内で店員さんたちが大きな声で朝礼をしているのが聞こえました。元気よく明るく勢いが溢れていて、とてもすがすがしい感じで、まずは、その活気あふれる雰囲気に感心しました。やはり店員さんのサービスは、かなり味の印象をも左右すると思います。本店限定だという「かさね味」をオーダー。これに百円増しで、ご飯と餃子がついて、昼定食のセットになります。まろやかなとんこつのスープに、カタメン注文した麺がよく合うし、定番のチャーシュー、ネギのほか、海苔、ミニ鳴門なども、味に彩を添える、ワンダーランド的な楽しさがあります。
