faculty and resident physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the Emory School of Medicine, FSAP provides a variety of services to the community providers affiliated with <strong>Emory University Hospital Midtown (EUHM).</strong></p><p>Community providers working in clinical sites that are affiliated with academic medical centers encounter unique challenges. FSAP provides a variety of free, confidential services designed to enhance the personal well-being and professional growth of community physicians and APPs.</p><p>A comprehensive overview of services, assistance program services for the staff and families of the nine senior living communities that offer independent living to memory care resources for their residents.</p><p>FSAP provides behavioral mental health, education and outreach, and team dynamics services for the employees to support their emotional health and well-being.</p><p>Wesley Woods began in 1953, and has a relationship with
