If you edit a pipeline stage name, the name will update across all projects.</p><ul><li><strong>Note</strong>: Stage names are case sensitive, meaning you can have two stages with identical names but different case sensitivity. Candidates will automatically move through default stages only (Uncontacted, Contacted, Replied). Inactive stages won’t appear in newly created projects and won’t be counted in reporting.
