This paper is motivated by the need to bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and human intelligence—integrating the computational strengths of AI with the nuanced judgment of human decision-making. Ultimately, this integration drives us toward a transformative shift from static, record-keeping systems to dynamic, action-oriented environments.</p> </div> <div class="ltx_para" id="S1.SS1.p2"> <p class="ltx_p" id="S1.SS1.p2.1">In this context, we introduce the concept of <span class="ltx_text ltx_font_bold" id="S1.SS1.p2.1.1">Orchestrated Distributed Intelligence (ODI)</span>—a novel paradigm that reconceptualizes AI not as a collection of isolated agents, but as an integrated, orchestrated system where intelligence is both distributed across multiple AI components and systematically coordinated.
