</div> <div class="container"> <div class="page-header"> <h1>ACM FAT<span class="highlight">*</span> Conference 2018</h1> </div> <div class="alert alert-success text-center" role="alert"> <b>Historical Note:</b> In 2018, the conference's name was FAT<span class="highlight">*</span> and the proceedings were published in the Journal of Machine Learning Research. The conference affiliated with ACM in 2019, and changed its name to ACM FAccT immediately following the 2020 conference. </div> <p>The FAT<span class="highlight">*</span> Conference 2018 is a two-day event that brings together researchers and practitioners interested in fairness, accountability, and transparency in socio-technical systems.
