图为该院法官到部队开展”送法进军营“活动。黄舒萍摄</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 走进诉讼服务中心，导诉机显示着军人军属维权“绿色通道”；拨打涉军维权热线，法官可以为军人军属分忧……从军民鱼水情意长的“八一”情到“八一”涉军维权工作模式，广西壮族自治区凭祥市人民法院把天平司法情传到了军人的心坎上。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 架起军营中的“法律桥”</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> “我的母亲在江苏老家被隔壁邻居打了，这可咋整？” 凭祥市法院速裁二组办公室被一阵急促的电话声打破了安静，电话那头传来战士无助又焦急的声音，“村里隔壁邻居，盖房子的时候霸占到我家来，还在门前堆满了杂物，家门难出！”</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 千里之外戍守边关的战士又不能随意请假，只能懊恼和干着急。涉军维权无小事，为了减轻战士的心理负担，知悉案情的韦法官赶到战士所在连队，与驻地部队保卫科干事共同给战士支招，为其提供法律援助。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 做好涉军维权工作，才能让军营中的战士少牵挂，架起一座“法律桥”显得尤为重要。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> “我们通过‘一堂课、一场讲座、一次咨询、一场模拟法庭’等多元化的形式开展普法教育与法律咨询，提高部队官兵依法维权和办事的意识；开通了涉军维权热线，向军人军属发放维权服务联系卡，挑选部队中法律骨干担任特邀调解员共化纠纷，定期组织法律服务小分队深入基层连队，战士们可以足不出营门便能解决一道道棘手的难题，实现依法维权！”凭祥法院立案庭负责涉军维权工作的冷应洪法官说道。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 近年来，该院推出了“八一”涉军维权工作模式，即“一原则（快立快审快执原则）、一条龙（司法服务贯穿立审执）、一路子（普法教育走进来与把部队官兵请进来旁听庭审）、一平台（涉军维权综合信息平台）、一组（涉军维权工作领导小组）、一庭（涉军维权合议庭）、一员（特邀调解员）、一节（八一建军节）”。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 军字头案件驶入“快车道”</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> “想了很久，我决定要离婚！”现役军人孙某说道。在立案大厅的导诉员与孙某沟通后，把他领到了涉军维权“绿色通道”前，立案窗口法官开始详细了解事情原委。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 早在11年前孙某和杨某经人介绍而结缘，随后迅速登记结婚，2010年两人可爱的儿子呱呱落地。但好景不长，因夫妻性格不合时常争执不休，甚至伴有肢体冲突，加之现实生活中的琐碎事，让这一段九年之久的“柳婚”划上了道道裂痕，一个甜蜜美满的家庭笼罩上层层阴影。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 秉承着快立快审快结原则，凭祥法院涉军案件合议庭法官得知军人要离婚，接案后立马联系孙、杨二人进行调解。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> “法官，我身体不太好，患有心脏病。”军属杨某向法官说起自己的病情。承办案件的周法官考虑到其特殊病情，征求了双方当事人的同意，暖心地把调解现场搬到医院。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 几番调解之下，依然换不回一次圆满的结果。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> “每次想到儿子要失去一个妈，我都忍住离婚的念头！这一次，我在法院门口徘徊了很久，最终还是选择放手！”孙某坚毅的脸庞透出更多的决绝。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> “几年来也不断尝试努力改变，但这日子真的没法过下去了！”杨某也坚持同意要离婚。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 最终，法官同意了孙某的离婚请求，一桩涉军离婚案在短时间内驶入“快车道”，并画上了句号。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 当好军人军属的“娘家人”</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 凭祥地处西南边陲，驻军驻警多，是一座有着“双拥”光荣传统的红色城市，而凭祥法院也是个“拥军”法院，涌现出一批涉军维权的先进个人：五年来坚持送慰问不间断的“拥军”院长艾静、八年开展“送法进军营”不落的“拥军”法官冯潆予、二十五年心系子弟兵的“军转干”庭长林卫国……鱼水情尽显，“八一”情满溢。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 翻开“涉军维权台账”，部队官兵打来的咨询电话、审结的涉军案件以及“送法进军营”开展的记录，一目了然。今年以来，该院共开展“送法进军营”活动7次，送去法律书籍152册，邀请参加“法院公众开放日”和观摩庭审4次，解答军人军属咨询近百人次，为军人军属送去了优质的司法服务。此外，该院还定期开展涉军维权联席会议，签订涉军维权协议书，共探军法共建良策。</p> <p style="text-indent:
