<p>　リモートワーク診断サービスは、インテックが提供する「ワークスタイル変革支援サービス」の一つで、リモートワークの導入目的や組織、業務プロセス、マネジメント、IT活用、セキュリティなどの8つの要素で体系化されたフレームワークに基づき、顧客のリモートワークの現状を網羅的に分析し、課題整理を行う。また、現状の課題を可視化するだけでなく、課題に対する施策立案や優先順位を含めたロードマップの作成まで実施するという。</p> <p>　北川工業では、2020年3月から始まったリモートワークをコロナ対策としてではなく、柔軟な働き方の選択肢として見直し、新たな働き方の実現に向けた取り組み施策について検討を始めていた。しかし、働き方改革を企画・推進する専任組織がないことによる検討作業者の負荷や、他社事例の情報不足、新たな働き方に向けた課題整理や計画の妥当性について客観的な優先順位付けができていないという課題を抱えていた。</p> <p>　同社はこれらの課題を解決するため、ITやセキュリティ面だけでなく、目的や方針、コミュニケーションなども含めて客観的な立場から体系的に課題を整理し、ロードマップの策定を行うリモートワーク診断サービスを採用。インテックの専門コンサルタントが複数回のヒアリングの機会を設け、北川工業の課題整理や方向性について検討したという。</p>
