Post-separation, Crane’s Payment & Merchandising Technologies business will become “Crane NXT”, and “Crane Company” will include the Aerospace & Electronics, Process Flow Technologies, and Engineered Materials businesses.</p> <p class="timeline__content-desc">In April, Crane announced the divestiture of Crane Supply, continuing on its path of simplification with a focus on its three global
