T/044/24]</em></h2> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Duties</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">Provide administrative/clerical support to various undergraduate admissions processes, including processing of applications and offers, handling written and phone enquiries, student recruitment/promotional activities, websites update, daily office operations; and perform any other duties as assigned.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Overtime work and shift duties may occasionally be required.</p> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Requirements</h3> <ol style="text-align: justify;"> <li>5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language, and Mathematics;</li> <li>Proficiency in IT skills and computer applications (including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF);</li> <li>Strong sense of responsibility, and being self-motivated and attentive to details;</li> <li>Good interpersonal, communication, organisational and coordination skills; and</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a team, and to perform multi-tasks within tight deadlines are required.</li> <li>Some work experience especially in admissions would be an advantage.</li> </ol> <p style="text-align: justify;">Candidates with less than 2 years’ relevant working experience may be considered for appointment as Clerical Assistant.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a written test.</p> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Salary and Conditions of Service</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
