hatenablog-entry"> <p>解決したわけではないんですが。</p> <p>ぼんが腹痛で学校をずっと休んでる問題、前回書いた翌日はもう休みにして出かけようと思って、前日から本人にも伝えておいた。</p> <p><a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%B9%A5%AF%A1%BC%A5%EB%A5%AB%A5%A6%A5%F3%A5%BB%A5%E9%A1%BC">スクールカウンセラー</a>に相談できるのが1ヶ月後と言われて、張り詰めてるものがぷちっと切れてしまった。</p> <p>それにまた1日中家でお腹痛いを聞き続けるのも限界で。</p> <p>起きた時1回だけお腹痛いと言っただけで、電車の博物館と電車がよく見える駅、その駅前にある図書館とカフェの複合施設に行ってきた。</p> <p>お昼は大盛りそば。終始ご機嫌。</p> <p>博物館では平日なので小さい子ばかりで、その中で嬉々としてる様子を見てると、学校に行ってない引け目みたいなのは全くないんだなと思ってしまった。</p> <p>それはそれとして、便秘は便秘なんだけど、気の問題が大きいことはわかった。</p> <p>それまで「腹痛」にしてた休みの理由を「学校に行きたくないから」にしたからか、担任から「管理職に聞いてみた」と朝電話くれるとか様子見ますといった対応策も。</p> <p>その夜は昼間の反動か盛大にお腹を痛がって、翌朝もトイレにこもってたけど、先生からの電話も出てしまったし、外堀を埋められた形で登校。</p> <p>私も出社したんだけど、嫌な思いをしてようやく帰ってきて誰もいなかったら…と想像したら耐えられず早退してしまった。</p> <p>ぼんの帰りの直前だったようで、ふと外を見るとぼんとクラスメイトがワイワイ言いながら帰ってきてるのが見えて一安心。</p> <p>帰ってきたら、何でいるの？と言われ、全然大丈夫なのにーと笑ってた。やっぱり楽しいと痛いの忘れるねとまで言ってたので、少なくともその日は楽しかったみたい。</p> <p>とは言え土日以外は毎朝毎夕お腹痛いとトイレにこもってるし、お昼休みもそうらしい。</p> <p>勉強はあまりできてないし、習い事もほとんど休んでて、当初はそれどころじゃなかったけどだんだん気になってきてる。</p> <p>今日もぼんは休み。基本的に夫が在宅してくれてるけど、ずっとというわけにいかないし、私もちょいちょい遅刻・欠勤でこれ以上はという状況。</p> <p>土曜は元気だったんだけど、日曜は朝からお腹痛いと言ってて、今日も。</p> <p>あんまり根掘り葉掘り聞くのもなと思ってたけど、朝、何か思い当たることないか聞いてみたら、「学校いやとかそういうこと？」「ないこともない」</p> <p>自分から話すのは抵抗があるようで（いつもなんだけど）私が、先生？クラスメイト？勉強？とか質問していって、当たったら答える方式。</p> <p>細かいことは色々あるようで、思いつくのをとりあえず全部洗い出した。</p> <p>その中で、解決できること（引き算が苦手→一緒に勉強しようなど）、</p> <p>自分で何とかできそうなこと（帰りに意地悪してくるやつがいる→手前で曲がるなど）、</p> <p>嫌だけどまぁそこまでじゃないこと（多数）に分けると、最後に本当の嫌なことが残った。</p> <p>多数の「嫌だけど」は生きてたらそういうこともあるしという感じで、習い事も嫌な先生もいるけど辞めるほどじゃないと言ってて、現実的に考えてるんだなとちょっと驚いた。</p> <p>本当に嫌なことは授業中にぼーっとしてしまうことと、トイレに行けないことらしい。</p> <p>理由はこれっぽいな。</p> <p>この前は起立性調整障害かと思ったけど、起きるのは起きるしなと思ってて調べてたら、<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%B2%E1%C9%D2%C0%AD%C4%B2%BE%C9%B8%F5%B7%B2">過敏性腸症候群</a>てのが正に当てはまる。</p> <p>まずは<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%B9%A5%AF%A1%BC%A5%EB%A5%AB%A5%A6%A5%F3%A5%BB%A5%E9%A1%BC">スクールカウンセラー</a>に相談かなと思ってます。</p> </div> <footer class="entry-footer"> <div <p>ぼんのことでモヤモヤしつつ、いやそうだからこそせめてできるモヤモヤを解消したいという発想なのか、家を片付けたいモードになって、週末にしました。</p> <p>時間を取って考えないとと思ってるうちはできず、隙間時間とかにちょっと考え出したらできてしまったわ、てあるあるですよね。</p> <p><img class="hatena-fotolife" height="1024" loading="lazy" />プランどころかメモにもほどがある笑</p> <p>片付け計画とともに夏の旅行のプランも考えて、宿・飛行機予約までしてしまったわ。</p> <p>さて今回は、分断されている文具、あふれてる本、取り出しにくい私の私物、押入れの要らないもの処分、あふれてる子どものおもちゃと服が対象。</p> <p>とにもかくにも物が多い！というか増える！狭い家は、入れず・減らす・片付けるの三原則が必須なのに入ってきてしまってるので、減らして片付け。</p> <p>（以下、具体的に書き綴ってしまったんで斜め読みを推奨・笑）</p> <p>1. 分断されている文具</p> <p>前にぼんが「絵を描く時はテーブルなのに、紙が遠い。近くに置いた方がいいと思う」と言い出し、お母さんもそう思ってた！！と言ったまま放置してた件。</p> <p>リビング本棚の紙類をとりあえずダイニングテーブル側にガサっと移動させ、今はまだその状態。その後はまた考えます。</p> <p>2. あふれてる本</p> <p>本棚が空いたので、本をゆったり入れられた。</p> <p>ついでに、こいとが久々ドリルしたーいと言って本棚に入れっぱなしだったのに気付き、これも移動。</p> <p>3. 取り出しにくい私の私物</p> <p>本棚に置いてた2人が描いた絵とか工作とかをおもちゃ棚の上に移動。そこは前に片付けた時他のものを置かないようにあえてでっかい作品を置いて場所をキープしてたところ。（作品は十分飾ったので処分）</p> <p>本棚の空いた場所に押入れに入れてた私の私物を移動させてきた。保管したいものを入れててあまり使わないから押入れに入れてたんだけど、保管したいものを追加で入れるのが面倒でつい放置してしまい片付かない要因になってて。</p> <p>4.押入れの要らないもの処分</p> <p>私の私物を入れてたところが空いたので、押入れ内の衣装ケースに入れてた保管の紙類を移動。</p> <p>衣装ケースが空いたのでお下がり服を入れて、お下がり服を入れてた<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/IKEA">IKEA</a>スクッブが空いたので捨てるに捨てられない結婚式の保管物を移動。これで式の保管物を入れてた箱が1つ空いた。夫に引越し以来開けてない箱の中身を廃棄、移動してもらいもう1箱空いた。</p> <p>押入れ上段の空いたところに下段の布団を移動。</p> <p>5.あふれてる子どものおもちゃと服</p> <p>布団がなくなり押入れ下段の空いたところにぼんの<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%D7%A5%E9%A5%EC%A1%BC%A5%EB">プラレール</a>が入ってる衣装ケースをぶちこむ。今まで外に出しっぱなしだったので、これだけでもおもちゃはかなりスッキリ。</p> <p>服は子どものパジャマと下着を洗面所に移動。使ってないタオルがやたら多くて、でも便利な場所に使ってないもの入れとくんもったいないわ！と子どものものを入れることに。</p> <p>子ども服入れのカラボのパジャマと下着を入れてた段が空いたので、あふれてた服はそこに。</p> <p>こちらもスッキリ。</p> <p>ーーー</p> <p>…ひたすら書いてしまった💦写真もなしに他人の家を理解できる人がいるのだろうかと思いつつ、書いてスッキリしました笑</p> <p>そもそもは教材や文具を入れる本棚をどうするかを考えないとなんだけど（でもどれぐらいの量になるかはどの塾かによるのかなー）、片付けて懸念が減り、何より気分がスッキリしたのがよかったです。</p> </div> <footer class="entry-footer"> <p>昨日書いた体調不良、連休明けからぼんの便秘による腹痛とそのせいで起こってる頭痛は続いてて、今日で休み合計7日目。</p> <p>昨日いつもと違う病院に連れて行ったら一旦よくなって後は薬を引き続き飲めば、ということだったんだけど、また出なくなり朝からお腹痛い、頭も痛い・・</p> <p>本を読んでたり遊んでたら忘れてるみたいだけど、終わったら痛いーとなってる。</p> <p>さっきまた病院へ連れて行って（計5回目！）夫とバトンタッチ。在宅してくれるので私は出社。</p> <p><a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%D3%A5%AA%A5%D5%A5%A7%A5%EB%A5%DF%A5%F3">ビオフェルミン</a>、<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%DE%A5%B0%A5%CD%A5%B7%A5%A6%A5%E0">マグネシウム</a>、<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%DE%A5%B0%A5%CD%A5%B7%A5%A6%A5%E0">マグネシウム</a>入浴、ラブレ、他のヤクルト的なやつ、ビオヨーグルト、青汁、これだけ試したんだけど…</p> <p>ーーー</p> <p>夫に診察の結果を聞いたら、今日はそれほど便が溜まってるわけではなく、頭痛も腹痛も様々な要因があるから、ということだったらしい。</p> <p>具体的に悩みがあるような<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%BF%B4%B0%F8%C0%AD">心因性</a>でなくても、生活ペースの変化や温度差なんかでも自律神経が乱れることはあると聞いたことがあるし、そういうのなのかも。</p> <p>今日は頭がフラフラするとよく言ってて、薬（<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%DE%A5%B0%A5%CD%A5%B7%A5%A6%A5%E0">マグネシウム</a>）を飲んで低血圧になってる可能性が。</p> <p>朝は起きられるし、朝も夜も症状は変わってないと思ってたけど、朝の方がひどくて夜はましなら起立性調整障害なのかもしれない。それなら<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%DE%A5%B0%A5%CD%A5%B7%A5%A6%A5%E0">マグネシウム</a>はよくなさそうだし。</p> <p>こいとの<a class="keyword" <p>こいとは結膜炎で充血がなくなるまで登園禁止。ようやく行けるようになったらじんましんが出て<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A4%EA%A4%F3%A4%B4%C9%C2">りんご病</a>かも？と言われたけど、最終的にはアレルギーかも？とのこと。</p> <p>飲み薬と塗り薬でよくなりつつあるけど、薬がなくなっても出るならまた来てという状態。</p> <p>私は1週間ほど頭痛続きで、ようやく病院へ。いつものカフェイン切れの頭痛のように何しても痛いのと違い、ピンポイントで痛い、動くと痛いので調べて後頭神経痛てやつっぽいなと思ったらそれだった。</p> <p>原因は肩こり・猫背・ストレートネックにストレス。全部あてはまってるわ。痛み止めをもらい何日かで治ると言われ、今では時々違和感はあるけどほぼ大丈夫です。</p> <p>別途<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/MRI">MRI</a>で色々見つかったので半年後再検査。年とともにだんだんこういう経過観察が増えていくんやな、、嫌やわ。</p> <p>ぼんは腹痛と頭痛で休んで、先週1日は行ったけどまた休み。便秘なので整腸剤もらってもダメで、また病院行って酸化マグネシムもらっても治らず。</p> <p>酸化マグネシム飲んで出ないなんてことあるんだろうか・・</p> <p>なんか前もお腹痛いって言い続けてたことあったなとブログを検索したら出てきた。（書いててよかった）</p> <p><a none;">10日～2週間腹痛が続いて、おさまったと思ったらチックと書いてある。</span></p> <p>この時も結局原因（理由）はわからなかったはず。</p> <p>ぼんは普段嫌だったことは言わないタイプだけど、学校帰りに意地悪をする上級生がいると聞き出してて、それかと思ったけど違うとのこと。</p> <p>ヒマだから学校行きたいと言ってるので学校ではないのかなと思ったけど、聞いてみたら嫌なことを言う子はいると言い出し、でも「お母さんが心配するようなことじゃないから」と言ってた。</p> <p>たしかに毎日学校行ってたら嫌なこともあるだろうし、親がしゃしゃり出る方が嫌というのもわかるのでこれは静観することに。</p> <p>更にもう1つ、習い事のプールで「嫌なことを言うコーチがいる」らしい。どんなこと？と聞いても言わなくて（お母さんに言うみたいで嫌とのこと）やっとこさ聞いたら「クソガキ」と言うコーチがいるそう。</p> <p>今の時代ほんまに！？と思ったけど、いないとも言い切れない。次回もう1回だけ行って、私は声は聞こえないけど見えるので見学して、また言ってたかぼんに聞いてみようと思ってます。</p> <p>言ってるようなら3ヶ月分月謝払ったばっかりだけど辞めよう。</p> <p>というのも、もう1つ小さい頃から行ってるプールも続けてるんです。そっちはそっちで厳しい女性コーチがいて、ぼんはもともと他の子が怒られてるのを見聞きするのすら耐えられない繊細ボーイだったので、以前担当だった頃は違うコーチの日に変更したぐらい。</p> <p>今またぼんのクラスの担当なので「あのコーチも怖いよね？」と聞いたら「あのコーチは生徒のために厳しくしてるからいい」と言ってて、我が子ながらちゃんとわかってるし考えてるんやなと感心しました。</p> <p>聞いた時<a class="keyword" href="https://d.hatena.ne.jp/keyword/%A5%C4%A5%A4%A5%C3%A5%BF%A1%BC">ツイッター</a>で「最近の小1は赤ちゃんみたい」的なのがバズってて、厳しい環境も必要なのか？と一瞬思ったけど、暴言コーチはやっぱりおかしい！（気にならない子もいるだろうけど）</p> <p>それにしても言わんだけで色々あるんやな、、家では優しくせなな。</p>
