It uses crosscountry data for 76 countries from 2010, 2005, 2000, and 1995. A high volume of exports, plentiful natural resources, longer life expectancy, and higher investment rates have positive impacts on the growth of per capita gross domestic product in developing countries. In its essence Industrialisation, it is an important factorto boost economic growth and promoting macroeconomic stability in developing nations. A comparative analysis was thus employed to explore and analyse the policies used in South East Asian countries that brought the miracle of modern day newly industrialised countries. The comparative analysis focused on the past era, precondition of the massive industrial take off and the growth of the Asian economies with a more biased view of the South Korean growth model and the present state of Southern African countries which are in a dire situation to industrialise. The research was conducted using Auto Regressive multiple regression models using statistical panel data from 1980-2010.
