<div>　　来福谐波成立于2013年11月，是一家高精密谐波减速器生产商，其产品可应用于机器人、航空航天设备、数控机床、半导体制造设备、精密机械驱动控制等领域。</div> <div> </div> <div>　　减速器是工业机器人的三大核心零部件之一，谐波减速器则是当前主要的两种工业减速器之一，因为体积小、重量轻、扭矩大、安装紧凑、传动速比大、传动精度高等特性，被广泛应用于工业自动化领域。</div> <div> </div> <div>　　据资料显示，2015年至2018年，我国工业机器人对减速器的新增需求量依次将达到23．6万套、29．6万套、36．9万套和46．2万套，呈现出大幅提升的态势。</div> <div> </div> <div>　　但是目前谐波减速器市场，存在产品精度、价格、量产等方面，无法达到工业机器人商用的痛点。针对这些痛点，张杰认为，未来竞争充分的情况下，产品毛利必然会下降，低价格将会是必然趋势。因此公司从2016年开始转变经营策略，梳理出新的产品及销售策略：</div> <div> </div> <div>　　第一、使用高价格的定制化专用设备保证产品质量的同时，提高生产效率及合格率；</div> <div> </div> <div>　　第二、优化结构设计，保证产品寿命同时，使谐波更易于批量生产；</div> <div> </div> <div>　　第三、率先主动降低售价，并免费提供给客户试用。</div> <div> </div> <div>　　第四、为各行各业提供技术服务支持，包括但不限于机器人行业、机床自动化等。</div> <div> </div> <div>　　目前来福谐波客单价为2000元左右，已在国内自动化行业内广泛应用，2018年来福谐波产能预计超过5万台套，有望突破8万台。</div> <div> </div> <div>　　据新芽数据库，来福谐波于2016年11月获得数千万人民币天使轮融资，投资方为如山投资；2017年9月获得Pre－A轮融资，金额未透露，投资方为如山投资。</div></div> </div> <div
