Since we can't see everything, we rely on our community to help us fill in any missing information. Thank you for that.</div> <div class="faqQuestion">Why doesn't Allrugby manage more championships?</div> <div class="faqReponse">At present, we oversee a range of competitions including the Top 14, Pro D2, European Cup and European Challenge, Premiership, United Rugby Championship (formerly Pro 14), Super Rugby, Six Nations Tournament, Rugby Championship, Tours, World Cups, NPC, and MLR. However, data entry is a time-consuming process, which is why we only manage a limited number of competitions.</div> <h2>My account</h2> <div class="faqQuestion">What is the point of registering?</div> <div class="faqReponse">Registering on Allrugby and subscribing subsequently enables you to access and view more data, more features but also give access to premium parts/modules. Everything is detailed here on the <a href="/offers">All.rugby offers</a> page.</div> <div class="faqQuestion">What does it imply to register or log in through your Facebook, X (ex-Twitter), Google... account?</div> <div class="faqReponse">Rest assured, you are not allowing Allrugby to steal all your data by registering through your Facebook, X (ex-Twitter), Google account. You are only authorizing us to retrieve your email, to associate it with your account. We do not request excessive rights such as the right to publish on your Facebook wall or on Twitter. We do not retrieve the list of your friends, your contacts or anything else. If this were to be the case, you would then have to give us permission.</div> <h2>My subscription</h2> <div class="faqQuestion">What is the money from subscriptions used for?</div> <div class="faqReponse">The money generated by advertising and subscriptions is used to pay the person who works on the site (me), hosting on a dedicated server and later the purchase of data to supplement the statistics of the site.</div> <div class="faqQuestion">Why should you subscribe to All.rugby?</div> <div class="faqReponse"> You can subscribe to All.rugby: <ul> <li>to thank us because you found what you were looking for</li> <li>to thank us for saving you a lot of time writing your articles</li> <li>to encourage us to develop things that you can't find elsewhere</li> <li>because it's the spirit of rugby :)</li> </ul> </div> <div class="faqQuestion">After making the payment, nothing has changed</div> <div class="faqReponse">It may take a few minutes after payment for it to be taken into account by our system. You will then have to log out and log back in to the site for your profile to be up to date. Otherwise let us know.</div> <div class="faqQuestion">How to stop/pause your subscription?</div> <div class="faqReponse">Now, you can manage your subscription alone, in "My Account". You can stop your subscription or put it on pause for a certain time. Cancellation stops automatic debits, however, your offer will end at the end of the current period according to the chosen formula.</div> <div class="faqQuestion">Is it possible to get a paid subscription while I already have a Premium account with a gift code?</div> <div class="faqReponse">Yes, it is possible, your paid subscription will then start at the end of your current offer. For example, I have a premium code until March 1st, we are on February 15th, if I subscribe today, a "free trial period" will be added at the beginning of the subscription and your first payment will take place on March 1st.</div> <div class="faqQuestion">Can I add a gift code while I already have a paid subscription?</div> <div class="faqReponse">Yes, it is possible, the gift code will then be added to your subscription and your next payment deadline will be postponed by the corresponding duration.
