Each of these files contains the fully functional version of Chemcraft with the trial period of 150 days. After that period, you'll need to enter the registration key to continue using the software. To obtain the registration key, you can purchase Chemcraft at <a href="order.html">Order</a> page. The Windows version of Chemcraft is protected by a third-party anti-hacker software (The Enigma Protector), and because of that, some antivirus programs can produce false positive detection of viruses with Chemcraft. If such problem occurs, you can try alternative versions of Chemcraft (<a href="altversions.html">more info</a>). At <a href="MacVersion.html">this webpage</a> you can try the beta Mac version of Chemcraft (for ARM or Intel).   Note that the Linux version of Chemcraft and especially the Mac version have rather significant problems, we were unable to make them as good as the Windows version. With any OS, you should use the trial version and check whether it works properly on your computer before purchasing.   <a href="oldversions.html">Old versions of Chemcraft</a>   The .exe distribution is registered in Windows when installed, so for its uninstallation you need to run the unins000.exe file or go to Windows control panel / programs. At the same time, to install a zip archives, you should simply unpack it into a new folder (it is not registered in Windows as software, so for their uninstallation you should simply delete this folder). Maybe it can be not a bad idea to install several builds of Chemcraft on one computer, because sometimes new versions have new bugs, and old versions of Chemcraft (in particular b405) provide saving gif files with transparent background. Note that old builds of Chemcraft do not run in trial mode (this was a part of our anti-hacker protection), but they run properly in activated mode (after entering the registration key). If you unzip an old build into a separate folder, this will not disturb the work of the main version.
