Ich zitieren aus dem Amtlichen Ortsverezichnis Bayern von 1964: "Die Bahnhöfe sind mit ihren bahnamtlichen Bezeichnungen (...) und der Höhenlage über Normalnull in den Gemeindeteilen angegeben, in denen sie liegen. <b>In manchen Gemeinden bilden sie eigene Gemeindeteile</b>". Der Bahnhof ist in diesen Fällen also auch Gemeindeteil. Ähnliches trifft ja auch für viele andere Gemeindeteile zu, wie Klöster, Mühlen, Schlösser, Forsthäuser. Der Bahnhof ist eine eindeutig identifizierbare Sache, was du eben selbst als unstrittig bezeichnet hast. Eine Trennung in zwei Objekte ist vollkommen unnötig und auch ungewünscht. Es erzeugt nur tausende von Objekte, deren Inhalt redundant ist. Dieser Abschnitt <i>Einmaligkeit</i> wurde deshalb eingeführt, um zu verhindern dass Objekte angelegt werden, die keine Sache sind oder keinem eindeutigem Konzept unterliegen. Das hat aber ganz und gar nichts damit zu tun, dass ein Objekt nicht mehrere Aspekte abbilden kann oder muss oder mehr oder weniger ausgereiften "Konzepten" folgen kann.</dd> <dd>ich versuch dir außerdem nochmal zu erklären, um was es geht, nämlich was ein Gemeindeteil ist. Betrachtet man alle geografischen, nicht administrative Örtlichkeiten, die es gibt, erhält man z.B. Städte, Dörfer, Weiler, usw. aber auch Höfe, Häuser, Industriegebäude wie Elektrizitätswerke, Schlösser, Klöster, Bahnhöfe, Forsthäuser. Gemeindeteile entstehen nun dadurch, dass eine Gemeinde diesen Örtlichkeiten offizielle Namen zuordnet. Ein Hof der abseits z.B. des Hauptortes "Neudorf" liegt, bekommt den offiziellen Gemeindeteilnamen "Neuhof", weil der Hof z.B. schon lange diesen Namen als Hofnamen führt. Wächst der Ort nun durch Siedlungstätigkeit und integriert er den Hof, wird meist der Gemeindeteilname aufgehoben, d.h. der Name "Neuhof" taucht dann nicht mehr in den Ortsverzeichnissen auf, existiert aber natürlich als Hof mit diesem Namen weiter. Das gleiche gilt nun für den Bahnhof. Liegt er weit abseits einer Siedlung, bekommt er einen eigenen Gemeindeteilnamen - den Namen des Bahnhofs. Ein Bahnhof innerhalb der Siedlung bekommt keinen eigenen Gemeindeteilnamen, da er ja zur Siedlung gehört, genau wie der Hof, der sich schon innerhalb der Siedlung befindet, auch wenn beide existieren und beide einen Namen haben.
