Foram selecionados cinco contos: La Pierna de Severina, La Vitrola, Siesta, Sisé e Ña Remigia. As bases analíticas dos contos de Josefina Plá giram em torno das teorias da narrativa, de gênero, da violência e da tragicidade. No âmago dos contos de La Pierna de Severina, o feminino sempre está em questão, amarrado pelas microestruturas da narrativa. O feminino é permeado pelas diversas mazelas que ao longo da história ocidental foram o calcanhar de Aquiles das mulheres. Não por acaso a violência está subscrita em todos os contos analisados. Interessa-nos o modo como que esse feminino, envolvido pelo trágico e pelo violento, foi construído nos textos de Josefina Plá, em uma relação de interdependência das microestruturas. Assim como nos mostrou Edgar Allan Poe em Filosofia da Composição (1997), tudo foi minuciosamente escolhido dentro do texto literário de Plá. Logo podemos, com efetividade, comprovar como as personagens femininas são construídas a partir dos conceitos de violência e tragicidade, pois se estas fazem parte de toda a ascensão do homem, enquanto ser humano, podemos averbar que ela o construiu e o constrói, e se a literatura também parte da formação do homem, nela também a violência e a tragicidade se faz presente. Para empreender a análise, valemo-nos dos estudos literários de E. M. Para a maioria dos estudiosos modernos o estupro é um crime tão repulsivo que desafia a compreensão, apesar dos esforços de criminólogos, psicólogos e antropológos, para ver nele algum sentido. O estupro aparece pouco nas histórias sociais e apenas os relatos de quando estes chegam a julgamento nos são oferecidos. Quando comparado à outras formas de violência, a literatura psi sobre estupro é bastante reduzida. Talvez possamos pensar que tal "negligência" reflete a forma como o estupro é varrido para debaixo do tapete, como uma anomalia, uma catástofre particular, um ato de exceção ao qual não podemos atribuir nenhum significado histórico. É preciso, contudo, poder pensar na própria construção das regras, doutrinas e saberes que norteiam, além de nossas práticas, a forma pela qual decodificamos nossa inserção na cultura. É preciso investigar como um conjunto de mecanismos visíveis e invisíveis espalha-se no seio da sociedade, pelo interior das relações sociais, da família à ecola, aos locais de trabalho, retornando ao Estado (Vilhena & Santos,2000) Do código judaico do Velho Testamento até o feudalismo o estupro foi tratado, sobretudo, como um crime contra a propriedade -roubar ou raptar uma mulher de seus proprietários de direito, normalmente pai ou marido, destruiria o seu valor de propriedade, sobretudo no caso de virgens. No século XVI, o crime de estupro passou a ser visto como de violência sexual, encarada, por sua vez, como roubo da castidade e da virtude. Os sermões de Santo António não são, todavia, prontos a pregar; são, antes, uma suma de exegese simbólica dos textos litúrgicos da Bíblia, para uso do pregador. É essa exegese simbólica que nos propomos aqui revisitar. Em tais situações, narrativas hegemônicas atreladas a ações estatais no campo da saúde passam a ser questionadas. O movimento dessas mulheres explode caminhos já consolidados para atingir outros fios de convivência, atuando sobre processos colonizadores que pretendem promover uma tensão nas socialidades indígenas, ao fazerem a transferência de práticas ocidentais de cuidado que questionam saberes das mulheres indígenas. Assim, elas resistem na infrapolítica. Tomamos como fontes de pesquisa os resumos e trabalhos completos publicados nas edições I a VI do Congresso Brasileiro de História da Educação (realizadas em 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008 e 2011) e do I ao VI Congresso de Pesquisa e Ensino em História da Educação em Minas Gerais (2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009 e 2011). Ademais, os artigos de 27 números da Revista Brasileira de História da Educação, publicados entre 2001 e 2011. A discussão que se apresenta diante dos trabalhos examinados nos sugere duas questões norteadoras: a primeira relativa às fontes disponíveis para a pesquisa histórica, em que se ressalta a escassez de documentos que dizem respeito diretamente às mulheres no período colonial. Em segundo lugar, examinamos as condições sociais e educacionais vividas pelas mulheres. Destacamos que a institucionalização da educação feminina teve objetivos e ritmos bastante diferenciados da educação oferecida ao sexo masculino. A educação para as mulheres não era algo reconhecido como necessário, como bem evidencia o caso exemplar da legalização do ensino feminino elaborada no reinado de D. Maria I (1777-1792) e que não fora efetivada. A educação das mulheres era realizada prioritariamente no ambiente doméstico, restringindo-se ao aprendizado das habilidades básicas de leitura e escrita, Doutrina Cristã, prendas domésticas (trabalhos de agulha) e, em alguns casos, música. Tais iniciativas de cunho privado quase não nos legaram registros. Assim, a partir das restrições educacionais das mulheres e limitação de fontes sobre suas experiências educativas no período colonial, consideramos que o sexo feminino viveu em uma zona de silenciamento. ABSTRACT: The aim of our work is to analyze the historical production about the history of women's education in Brazil regarding the colonial period. We take as source the abstract and full papers published in the editions I to VI of the Brazilian Congress of History of Education (held in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2011) and I to VI Congress of Research and Training in History Education in Ontario (2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011). Moreover, Articles 27 numbers of the Journal of the History of Education, published between 2001 and 2011. The discussion that presents himself before the work suggests examined in two guiding questions: the first relating to the sources available for historical research, in which highlights the lack of documents that relate directly to women in the colonial period. Second, we examine the social and educational conditions experienced by women. We emphasize that the institutionalization of women's education goals and had quite different rhythms of the male sex education offered. Education for women was not something recognized as necessary, as well shows the exemplary case of the legalization of female education developed in the reign of Queen Mary I (1777-1792) and which was not honored. Women's education was conducted primarily in the home, restricting themselves to learning the basic skills of reading and writing, Christian Doctrine, housewives (needlework) and, in some cases, music. Such private initiatives nature hardly left us records. Thus, from the educational constraints of women and limited sources of their educational experiences in the colonial period, we consider that females lived in a muting area. No artigo, ainda chama nossa atenção para algumas orientações rituais,disponibilizadas na rede mundial de computação, algumas delas visandoa corrigir distorções que percebíamos presentes na cidade do interior potiguar cuja forma de organizar a cerimônia baseia a discussão apresentada neste trabalho.
