Provide uncompromising attention to Guest/Member service.</p><p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>· Perform all spa treatments on members and Guests using safe and professional techniques</p><p>· Provide knowledgeable assistance to every guest recommending relevant retail spa products for their homecare</p><p>· Inside the treatment room, provide the best recommendations according to every guest’s condition, upselling the treatment whenever relevant</p><p>· Perform spa treatments services in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic manner.</p><p>· Perform nail services in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic manner (nail services required only if specified)</p><p>· Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all spa treatments including skin care products, cotton, bowls, towels, sheets, blankets, plastic bags, face cloths, all spa linen items, etc. Prepare kits as required.</p><p>· Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.</p><p>· Assist in any and all ways in the Spa when not scheduled to perform treatments.
