<p>Wellbeing is generally considered to be about feeling good and functioning well. This can include things like life satisfaction and experiencing pleasant emotions, as well as having a sense of purpose and positive relationships with others.  </p> <p>Mental health refers to a spectrum of experience, from mental wellness through to mental illness, in addition to wellbeing.  </p> <p>Wellbeing impacts mental health, but mental health is more than wellbeing and it's also more than the absence of mental illness.
