The work we do each year in one day positively impacts tens of thousands of lives.  </li><li>Everyone has a voice at Turner. Every year, employees have the opportunity to apply to the Corporate Responsibility Advisory Board to participate in the creation and maintenance of the company's philanthropic policies and programs. </li><li>Turner also allows employees up to 40 hours of paid volunteer release time per year, so that they can volunteer for any non-profit with a 501(c)3 accredidation.
