<p>绥化市有丰富的山产品资源，公布在绥棱、海伦两个浅山区县（市）。山产品大体有四类：<br /> 山野菜：有蕨类、刺老芽、桔梗等20多种。 <br /> 药材：五味子、构杞子、刺五加等10余种口草药材。 <br /> 果品：山梨、山葡萄、山丁子、榛子等10余种。 <br /> 山珍：猴头、榛蘑、草蘑、园蘑、木耳等20余种。</p> <p>野生植物特产</p> <p>1、<strong>狗枣子</strong>（别名：猕猴桃、猕猴桃科）<br /> 狗枣子叶质薄、表面绿色无光泽，阳光充足时雄株叶先端常为白色，极芳香。浆果平滑，通常为花圆状椭圆形，长可达18毫米，果肉软而多汁，甜而微酸，气味芳香。其浆果是利用价值很高的浆果之一，可酿果酒或加工成果汁和果酱。果实可入药，有滋补强壮之功能，维C含量很高，粗枝的皮可做纤维或供造纸用。</p> <p>2、<strong>灯笼果</strong>（别名：山樱桃、山麻子、狗葡萄、俗名红豆果）<br /> 灯笼果为落叶小灌木，果味酸甜，可加工成果酱和酿制成酒，是我市的珍贵野生果类，果呈球形，成熟果红色，味酸甜，营养丰富， 生食甚美。灯笼果经济价值高，果食含酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等有机酸，是酿酒、加工清凉饮料和制作果酱、果糖的理想原料。还适用于调味和加色等，叶含单宁，可做烤胶原料，种子可榨油，果食入药具有解毒等功能，主治感冒。</p> <p>3、<strong>山葡萄</strong>（葡萄科）<br /> 山葡萄为多年生藤木植物，用其果酿制的山葡萄酒因色味甚佳而名扬四海。山葡萄果近圆形，成熟时黑紫色，果皮稍厚，味甜酸，别有风味，秋天成熟，山葡萄适应性较强，在土壤肥沃湿润的疏林中生长优良。 山葡萄酒是各种葡萄酒中的精品，倍受消费者的青睐。</p> <p>4、<strong>山荆子</strong>（别名：山丁子，蔷薇科）<br /> 山丁子为落叶乔木，树姿优雅娴美，花繁叶茂，白花、绿叶、红枝互相映托美丽鲜艳，是优良的观赏树种，我市山区均有分布。山丁子树高可达4～5米，最高可达10米以上。树冠广卵形，叶卵形。伞形总状花序。4～6朵花集生在短枝顶端。6月开花，很有观赏价值。果近球形，红色或黄色，8～9月成熟。山丁子除具有观赏价值外，还有许多用途。一是幼苗供苹果、花红和海棠果的嫁接砧木；二是很好的密源植物； 三是木材纹理通直、结构细致用于印刻雕板、细木工、工具把等；四是嫩叶可代茶，还可作家畜饲料。</p> <p>5、<strong>笃斯越桔</strong>（别名：都柿、笃斯、甸果、地果，杜鹃花科）<br /> 小灌木，果味美，酸甜，可食或酿酒及加工成果酱。在国内享有盛名，是珍贵野生果类，分布于我市东部低平原区的天然次生林中，贮量颇丰。笃斯越桔经济价值高，在集中成片的地块划为浆果经济林，对其加强管理。应加速研究对其浆果的加工利用，深加工成系列产品，使之成为我市饮料、果酒、果冻等具特色的拳头产品。</p> <p>6、<strong>蕨菜</strong>（蕨科）<br /> 蕨菜嫩叶嫩茎可食，被称为绿色食品，因营养丰富，无污染 倍受外商欢迎，近二十多年来，大量出口，风靡日本全国。蕨菜要在春季萌发后适时采摘，以幼茎嫩叶为佳，带拳卷的叶片味道更浓，伸开巴掌即不宜食用。蕨菜富含营养，每百克含粗蛋白1.6克、碳水化合物10克、胡萝卜素1.68克。蕨菜的根茎和幼苗可入药，有清热、滑肠、化痰之功效。在采集时要保护资源，第一次采后再生的芽当年不要再采，使资源得以休养生息，达到越来越多之目的。</p> <p>7、<strong>薇菜</strong>（薇科）<br /> <img alt="" align="left" border="0" src="https://p1.cncnimg.cn/f/1/info_4430_0.gif" />薇菜的嫩茎供食用，味道鲜美营养丰富，无污染，是上等的山野菜和绿色食品，每年都对外出口。每年5月是薇菜采集季节，此时植株鲜嫩，养分含量丰富，高含胡萝卜素、维生素B2、维生素C等。 采集后可晒干或荫干，也可用盐水盐渍，还可用特殊的塑料袋密封真空保鲜。薇菜根茎和叶柄可入药，有清热解毒、利尿、镇痛、止血和杀虫之功效。在采集薇菜时应注意保护资源，严禁过量采集或轮番多次采集，使资源得以恢复，以期达到永续利用之目的。</p> <p>8、<strong>猫爪菜</strong>（毛茸科）<br /> 猫爪菜为春季山菜，维生素C含量很高，根可入药。我国和朝鲜有采食习惯。春天适时割取嫩芽，以叶尚未完全展开时为最好，其养分含量丰富，含胡萝卜素、维生素B2和维生素C等。食用方法一般采摘鲜菜后用开水焯一下炒食或沾酱吃，其味甚佳。</p> <p>9、<strong>刺老芽</strong>（五加科）<br /> 刺老芽的芽及嫩叶可食，由于其特有的清香和荤香味，是我国及朝鲜、日本受欢迎的山珍。其果球形，黑色。刺老芽的芽白嫩可口，属著名的山野菜，本地居民多用炒鸡蛋。日本人吃法比较多，因无污染又有其特殊香味，所以在宾馆、饭店的菜谱上亦属常见，如鸡茸刺老、烧刺老芽海米等。刺老芽由于树上密生粗大的坚刺，所以在采摘时常被人连枝条一起割，造成资源被破坏。</p> <p>10、<strong>四叶菜</strong>（别名：桔参，桔梗科）<br /> 四叶菜无邪怪味，柔和适口，人们广为食用，尤其在日本此菜可谓名满全国，其根可入药，所以又称作“参”。四叶菜之所以称为名菜，是因为它的营养丰富，每百克茎叶含胡萝卜素589毫克，维生素C104毫克。采后用盐渍贮存，晒干均可。嫩稍最适于凉拌，首先用开水焯洗，然后加油、盐直 接调食即可，也宜做汤。四叶菜的地上地下部分均能食用，在采摘时资源往往易遭破坏，导致数量下降，因此要注意保护资源。</p> <p>11、<strong>黄花菜</strong>（百合科）<br /> 黄花菜为传统的优质山菜，历来受人们食用。其幼苗和嫩叶还可入药。黄花菜的嫩茎，叶含粗蛋白2.63%、粗脂肪0.89%、粗纤维3.59%、纯蛋白质2.37%、磷酸等多种成分。其花叶鲜美，富于营养，
